The union time was5-13months.14patients got bonyunion,normal function and figure,completely loading without deformity;1patients got poor callus development,after a series of treatment,such as coaptation,osteopractic et al,delayed union was obtained.

骨折愈合时间5～13个月。14例达骨性愈合，功能正常，患肢无畸型，负重无疼痛不适；1例骨痂形成欠佳，后经补钙接骨、局部注射金葡液等治疗，骨折延期愈合。

Results:the time of vim convalescence, draining, antibiotics use, fervescence, intention, hospitalization were all shorter in the presacral space clysis group than that in the tradional treatment group.the times of dressing wound and the number of secondary suture and c healing were all smaller in the presacral space clysis group than that in the tradional treatment group.and the infection rate of the former was 0.136 times of the latter.

结果：骶前冲洗组的精神状态恢复时间、血浆引流管保留时间、抗生素使用时间、体温升高时间、伤口愈合时间、住院时间均短于传统处理组，骶前冲洗组的换药次数、伤口二期缝合例数、伤口丙级愈合例数均少于传统处理组，以及骶前冲洗组的伤口不良愈合几率是传统处理组的0.136倍。

Because the skin wound is serious than the skin scalds. 3 The result of using OCT to monitor the model of acetic acid gastric ulcer in rats:Results of this experiment showed that using OCT technology can identify theulcerative gastric mucosa tissues with normal tissues, make the imaging on theunder-layer of gastric mucosa tissues, and evaluate the healing period and healingquality. From the OCT images can be clearly found the acetic acid gastric ulcer.

3大鼠胃溃疡模型的OCT成像检测结果：实验结果显示利用OCT能够实现溃疡组织的成像，可显示正常胃壁组织的层次性结构，对于溃疡病变过程中可对黏膜下病变的深度与状况进行成像分析，从图像可以很明显的发现溃疡性炎症病变区域(这个区域由于散射光变弱，颜色相对比较暗)，在愈合的后期黏膜层基本愈合的状态下仍可显示黏膜下层组织的增生、未能完全愈合等病理改变。

Results 258 cases were followed up for 1 to 5 years (mean 3.8 yrs ), with 8 death（3.10%）, 199 complete recovery (77.13%);32 partially recovery（12.40%）;19 inabilities（7.36%）. For the 250 patients alive, 225 got bone healing in 8 to 10 months, 25 got bone healing in more than 10 months ( 3 chronic infection), 6 cases were found internal fixation loosening,4 cases were found internal fixation failure.
