In this paper, as a case of Karamay, we have studied on space-time changement of soil quality in oasis of arid area. We measured quality for different land use types and years in same type by combinativing field sampling for Karamay in Xinjiang and analysis in laboratory, which is directed by former theory of soil quality. Then we did integrated evaluation of soil quality for different land use types, and had drew some conclusions as followed: In four land use types, the soil bulk density of layers(0～15cm) for farmland and tree land is bigger than the other land use types.The organic matter of every layer in manpower Tamarix Bulrush land is bigger; organic matter of Tamarix Bulrush land release efficiency nitrogen which result ration of C/N is higher; total nitrogen of all layers in farmland variety great as being effected by mass use of nitrogen in agriculture; deadwood and defoliation of tree、shrub and bulrush pooled in 5cm layer to result that quick nitrogen is the biggest among all layers. The total salt of nature shrub tree land for every layer being bigger than farmland explain that nature shrub thee land strongly stand salt and farmland for basification in this area; that the nutrient of face layer is bigger than the ground layer may be explained by that vegetation gather nutrient to be stored in deadwood and defoliation.

本文对以克拉玛依为例，对干旱区绿洲土壤质量的时间空间变化进行研究，在有关土壤质量的研究理论指导下，通过田间调查取样和室内分析相结合的方法，对新疆克拉玛依市农业开发区的不同土地利用方式及同一土地利用方式下不同利用年限土样土壤理化性质进行测定，从而对新垦绿洲不同土地利用类型土壤质量进行综合评价，结果如下：四种土地利用方式中，农地、乔木林地表层(0-15cm)土壤容重较大；各土层人工柽柳芦苇地的土壤有机质含量均较大；柽柳芦苇地的有机质在矿化过程中所释放出有效氮，导致柽柳芦苇地的C/N比例较高；受到农业耕作使用大量氮肥的影响，农地各土层全氮含量变异较明显；乔木、灌木及芦苇的枯枝落叶主要集中在5cm范围之内，导致几种土地利用方式类型下该层土壤速效氮最大；天然灌木林地的土壤总盐在各层均较大，其次是农地，说明天然灌木林地的高耐盐能力，以及该区农业生产用地的土壤盐碱化程度较重。

The results showed that either of the extracted propolis had significant inhibitory effect on the level of triglyceride, total cholesterol, LDL-C,GPT and GOT in serum, and TC, TG and MDA in liver, but were ineffective on HDL-C, MDA, SOD and NO levels in serum. Ethanol extracted propolis also reduced the body weight, liver weight and liver index of hyperlipidemic SD rats, while water extracted propolis were adiaphorous.

结果表明：蜂胶醇提液和水提液均能有效抑制高脂血症SD大鼠血清中的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的升高，并且能有效抑制肝脏组织中的TC、TG、MDA的升高，但对血清中的高密度脂蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、一氧化氮的影响不明显；蜂胶醇提液能有效降低高脂血症SD大鼠的体重、肝重及肝指数，蜂胶水提液对体重、肝重及肝指数的影响则不显著。

The result showed that the volume, dry weight and total sugar content of root gradually reduced with the harvest frequency, but the reductive sugar content in root increased. While the harvesting frequency was two times per year, the volume and dry weight of alfalfa root showed an decreasing at beginning and then increasing when the first harvesting was at different growth stages and the lowest values were at flowering period however, it was not significant for brome.

结果表明：随刈割次数增加，两种牧草根体积、根干重和根部总含糖量逐渐减小，而根系还原糖含量呈逐渐增加的趋势；在年刈割两次，首次刈割分别在不同生育时期试验处理中，苜蓿根体积和干重呈先减后增趋势，首次刈割在盛花期根体积和干物质含量均最低，而无芒雀麦变化不明显。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different doses o f dietary fiber of Tremella fuciformis Berk on lipid metabolism and inte stinal physiology in rats fed diets containing 1% cholesterol and 0.2% cholica cid. Forty-two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups in a 2× 3 factorial design and were fed diets containing different doses (0%、5% or 10 %) of dietary fiber of TFB, with and without antibiotics 0.7g/100g of Nebaci tin (bacitracin: neomycin sulfate = 2:1,w/w) for 4 weeks. The parameters analyz ed included liver and serum lipid concentration , serum and caecal content of short chain fatty acids ,fecal neutral steroids and total bile acids content.T he results showed that rats fed the diet with antibiotics had lower levels ofs hort chain fatty acids in serum and caecal content than rats fed diet withouta ntibiotics.

中文摘要本研究乃欲探讨在有高胆固醇饮食条件下，摄取不同量的白木耳膳食纤维及添加抗生素对大白鼠脂质代谢及肠道生理的影响。42只 Wistar 品系雄鼠(重约260g)，随机分为六组，每组饲料中均添加 1%胆固醇及 0.2%胆酸，并以添加或不添加抗生素[ 0.7g Nebacitin(bacitracin：neomycin sulfate=2：1，w/w)/100g dry matter] 、白木耳膳食纤维量(0%、5%或 10%)作 2×3 factorial 之实验设计，实验期四周，分析血清及肝脏中脂质浓度，血清及盲肠内容物短链脂肪酸浓度，以及粪便中总中性固醇，总胆酸的含量。

Biomass in the rain forest was far more than that in the plantation of 12 years,especially for the shrub layer.But the biomass of litterfall collected in the plantation was greater than that of the rain forest for the reason that Betula alnoidis defoliated in dry seasons.9 Four years observation found that soil bulk density tended to increase first, then decrease after planting trees;total soil porosity and non-capillary porosity tended to decrease and after few years they recovered to different degrees;the soil cation exchange capacity for all forest types increased;in the soil of 0-30cm depth,soil salt saturation tended to decrease;nutrient content in the soil of 0-60cm depth in the young stand tended to decline;soil effective P,effective K and N contents all tended to decrease.

山地雨林的总生物量远远大于10年生的西南桦人工林，其中灌木层的相对差别尤其巨大。94次的观测发现，人工林栽植后，土壤容重一般呈现一个先上升后下降的特点；而土壤非毛管孔隙度、土壤总孔隙度大多呈下降趋势，几年后有不同程度的恢复。

Result Under the same growing conditions and cultivations, comparing with control group, both the fresh weight and the total sugar content of chicory root in group of P-applied and K-applied had significant differences (P.05). Considering the economic returns, the group of P-applied was better than the control group and the group of P-applied, it had the largest fresh weight, fresh yield of chicory root and the total sugar content.

结果］结果表明：在相同的生长条件和栽培方式下，相比对照组，每公项追加磷肥120kg与每公顷追加钾肥100kg均有利于菊苣根重以及总糖含量的增加，综合考虑经济效益，追加钾肥明显优于对照组和追加磷肥组，不仅鲜根重增加、含糖量较高，其鲜草产量也最大。
