Results Incidence of AFP-positive gastric carcinoma was 6.2%(87/1395). Sixty-three cases of AFP-positive gastric carcinoma were divided into four subtype: hepatoid type 22 cases (34.9％), fetal gastrointestinal type 15 cases (23.8%), and mixed type of the hepatoid type with enteroblastic differentiation to be 24 cases(38.1%), and yolk sac tumor-like type 2 cases (3.2％).

结果：AFP阳性胃癌的发生率为6.2％（87/1395例）。63例中依据其病理组织形态学特点和肿瘤组织内癌细胞AFP染色阳性表达，并对比3个月妊娠胚胎胃肠组织学的改变，将其组织学类型分为4个亚型：肝样型22例（34.9％），胎儿胃肠型15例（23.8％）和肝样型伴肠胚分化的混合型24例（38.1％）以及卵黄囊瘤样型2例（3.2％）。

On the basis of examination of more than 2000 specimens from 15 herbaria worldwide, the characters features of species,phonological phase,ecoloigical habit and the relation to close species were analyzed, recorded and described, the disputed species were compared, measured and counted in detail, the quantitative analysis to different characters was done through dot-map, the variation pattern of major morphology characters was analyzed and their significance for a better delimitation of the species was evaluated.

查阅或借阅国内外17个标本馆近2000份标本，描述了每个种的性状特征、物候期、生态习性及其与近缘种的关系，确定性状的极性，对有争议种的形态性状进行详细的测量和比较，用散点图对个别性状作定量研究，分析了主要外部形态学性状的变异式样、变异幅度及其对划定物种范围的价值。

In the present project,the project group investigated Cololejeunea flora of some provinces of China, collected over 500 specimens of Cololejeunea and over 7000 specimens of other liverworts,and borrowed over 3500 specimens （including 416 types）from other important herbaria. The species diversity and distribution weree clarified preliminary by means of mophologocal and ecologoical observation and studies on oil bodies and chromosomes as well as bioactivity of some species.

本项目对我国部分省区作了详尽的野外考察，采集了500余份我国疣鳞苔属的标本和7000多号其它苔类植物标本，从世界各大标本馆借阅了3500余份标本（包括416份模式标本），通过形态学，解剖学和生态学的观察，结合一些种类的染色体和油体以及生物活性的研究，初步搞清了我国和其它亚洲国家疣鳞苔属的种类和分布。

In conclusion, acute leukemia has high heterogenicity, which could be defined as AML, but more like lymphocytic origination by morphological study. Immunophenotyping analysis could contribute to the final diagnosis of malignant cells.

Methods The specimens which were identified as osteosarcoma were cultured primarily in vitro. The surviving cells underwent morphological observation, histochemical staining, isoenzyme pedigree determination, cell cycling analysis, karyotype analysis and heterotransplantation.
