结果 脾梗塞呈三角形或不规则形低密度区，病变无强化；脾转移瘤为囊状低密度肿块，单发或多发，病灶呈小结节状或环形强化；脾原发恶性淋巴瘤，呈局灶性低密度区和不均匀强化。

CT assumes the soft tissue density,MRT1WI assumes the equisignal either the slightly low signal,T2WI assumes is slightly high,the slightly low signal or the equisignal;The enhanced-scanning CT,MRI both show the pathological change obvious strengthening,simultaneously showing the hard membrane strengthening in close.

CT呈软组织密度，T1WI呈等信号或稍低信号，T2WI呈稍高、稍低信号或等信号；强化扫描CT、MRI均示病变明显强化，同时伴有邻近硬膜强化。

用试验的方法得到45钢的拉拔强化曲线，基于混合物法则模拟亚共析钢的拉拔形变强化行为，考虑应变分配问题的模拟计算能较好预测材料的强化趋势，与试验结果基本相符，可为亚共析钢钢丝绳生产提供强度设计依据。

Results CT showed a intrapelvic mass of rectal wall or surrounding soft tissue with inequality of size, relation closeness with intestinal wall; rectall wall different degree compression and narrowing,and extruding surrounding tissue.Below 5cm tumor density were slightly reduced,but symmetrical. Exceed 5cm tumor moderately enhanced, but asymmetrical. CT value of major mass were 25-35Hu, with boundary zone nodule enhancement, contrast-enhanced CT value 50-60Hu, and centricity necrosis.

结果 （1）盆腔内直肠壁或直肠周围软组织肿块，大小不等，肿块与直肠壁关系密切；（2）直肠不同程度的受压、变窄，肿块主要向直肠腔外生长，对周围组织产生推挤压迫；（3）径线在5cm以下肿瘤平扫时密度稍低，但均匀，增强时表现为中等度均匀强化，无坏死；径线在5cm以上10例肿块密度平扫时呈稍低密度且不均匀，CT值25-35Hu，增强时较大的肿瘤边缘带中等度结节样强化，CT值50-60Hu，肿块中心部分无强化，呈坏死样改变。

平扫Ⅰ~Ⅱ级呈低密度或等低混杂密度，位置较表浅；增强后Ⅰ级多无强化，水肿多轻或无；Ⅱ级呈断续或连续环结节形强化或片团状强化，水肿程度不一，增强时间-密度曲线Ⅰ~Ⅱ级和正常脑白质相似。

Results 20 cases of CT examination had made proper diagnoses,the CT imaging finding about the most of peripheral cholangiocarcinoma included:There was the atactic low density tumour in liver,its borderline was unclear,enhanced scan appearances were irregular peripheral enhancement,centripetal enhancement,and delaying enhancement;There was concretion and dilatation of bile buct in or around the focus;The local envelope of liver was lacunose and the local liver was atrophied,There was abroad putrescence and liquescence in the focus.

结果 20例CT做出了正确的诊断，部分周围型胆管细胞癌的CT表现肝内不规则低密度肿块边界欠清，增强扫描表现病灶边缘呈不规则环状强化，有向心性强化的趋势，出现延迟强化；病灶内或周围可见结石，病灶内及周围肝内胆管扩张；局部肝包膜回缩、肝叶萎缩，病灶内大片坏死、液化。

CT images of SMA5 frequently show lobulate lesions with strongly enhanced solid and cystic components. UA occurs mostly in young patients, and typically appears as cystic lesion with mild to moderate enhancement of the wall on CT images. MA often appears in old patients, and shows extensive bone destruction, soft tissue mass, ill-defined margin, and strong enhancement on CT images.

SMA多见于中年人，在CT上多表现为强化明显的囊实性肿块，边界清楚；UA常见于年轻人，在CT上表现为囊性肿物，囊壁轻中度强化；MA多见于老年患者，在CT上常显示广泛骨破坏，软组织肿块常见，强化明显，边界不清。

Results All focuses of infection lay in edge of liver,displaying sector sign,sector enhancement,separating enhancement,delayed enhancement and petallike sign were found in turn during arteral phase,venous phase and delayed phase by MR dynamic enhancement scanning.

结果 ①所有病灶均位于肝脏边缘部分；②楔形征像；③在增强扫描的动脉期、静脉期和延迟期分别依次出现楔形强化、分隔状强化和延迟强化、&花瓣&征。

Methods mri findings in 13 atypical hepatic abscess patients which were proven by pothology and clinical were retrospectively analysed.results all focuses of infection lay in edge of liver,displaying sector sign,sector enhancement,separating enhancement,delayed enhancement and petallike sign were found in turn during arteral phase,venous phase and delayed phase by mr dynamic enhancement scanning.conclusion the authors believed that the above mentioned are characteristic features of atypical hepatic abscess on low field of mr .

回顾性分析13例经病理、临床证实为不典型肝脓肿的mri表现。结果①所有病灶均位于肝脏边缘部分；②楔形征像；③在增强扫描的动脉期、静脉期和延迟期分别依次出现楔形强化、分隔状强化和延迟强化、&花瓣&征。
