The in tisu hybridization and western blot of MCP-1 and MMP-2 were used to study the expression of mRNA and protein. 采用经腹主动脉腔内导管灌注的方法制成大鼠AAA模型，分别于术后3天、1周、2周、3周、4周获取各组大鼠腹主动脉标本，行弹力纤维特殊染色观察动脉壁弹力纤维的破坏情况；行CD68免疫组织化学染色观察动脉壁中巨噬细胞的浸润；行MCP-1及MMP-2的原位分子杂交、Western蛋白质印迹观察二者的mRNA表达和蛋白表达；分析MCP-1基因促进巨噬细胞的黏附、浸润在早期AAA发病中的作用。

There were no significant different about the thickness of epidermis in ETE group and RTE group; The collagen fiber in ETE group is more tenuity and the distance between them were increased on the basis of RTE group showed; the I type collage content decreased distinctly.

材料与方法：以6例SARS死亡患者(分别于发病后9、14、20、29、33、38d死亡)和6只猕猴实验模型(分别于染毒后7、12、14、14、32、35d活杀取材)肺标本为对象，应用H.E染色、三联染色、苦味酸-天狼猩红-偏振光法、电镜和图像分析等技术，对比性观察SARS肺组织病理变化和纤维化的病理过程、胶原纤维、网状纤维和弹力纤维的变化特点、Ⅰ型与Ⅲ型胶原纤维的数量和分布规律，旨在探讨SARS肺纤维化的病变经历过程及特点；利用免疫组织化学和形态计量学技术检测SARS死亡患者肺脏的Vimentin、TGFβ_1、TNFα、IL-1β和MMP-2等与炎症反应和纤维化相关活性因子，探讨其发病机制。

Results The endothelial cell and fibroblast of valves and vessel walls in experimental group were completely decellularized, no cell fragments were retained within the matrix scaffold; collagen fiber and elastin fiber had been preserved with intact structure and wavily arrayed; deoxyribonucleic acid content of valves and vessel walls in experimental group were decreased by 97.58%, 97.25% compared with that of control group.
