本文对SF6气体中的沿面放电及影响因素进行了分析，在此基础之上结合边缘点火多级多通道气体开关的沿面绝缘结构特点，经过大量理论分析和电场计算，对有机玻璃支撑绝缘和有机玻璃外筒进行了沿面放电研究，研究结果表明：板电极间SF6气体间隙引入有机玻璃绝缘子后，间隙放电电压平均下降约30%，随气压增大放电电压下降趋势增大，引入有机玻璃绝缘子后放电分散性明显增大，随气压增大，放电分散性呈增大趋势。
