Results: The renal perfusion was increased in diabetes group after the injection of alloxan. The PSI, AUC and ascending slope rate of the curve of the time-intensity curve were increased in 1w and 2w with decreased of HPT; the pathological examination exhibited glomeruli hypertrophy and no thickening of basal lamina. The PSI and AUC in 4w and 6w were more than that of control group; the PIT and ascending slope rate of the curve got closed to normal in 4w and 6w; the intercapillary cells increased. The speed of ascending slope rate of the curve in 8w, 10w and 12w was slower, shown as PIT and HPT delayed; the pathological examination showned increasing of mesangial cell, hyperplasia of mesangial matrix and thickening of basal lamina, followed with obliteration of partial micrangium, glomerular sclerosis and reduce of PSI in 12w.

结果：糖尿病组兔注射四氧嘧啶后肾皮质血流灌注增大，1周、2周表现为时间-强度曲线参数中峰值强度升高、曲线下面积增大、达峰时间缩短、曲线上升斜率升高，此时病理可见肾小球肥大，系膜基质正常，基底膜无增厚；4周、6周，峰值强度、曲线下面积高于对照组，达峰时间、曲线上升斜率接近正常，系膜细胞增多。8周、10周、12周，达峰时间延长、曲线上升斜率减慢、峰值强度减半时间延长，病理出现肾小球系膜细胞明显增多，系膜基质增生，基底膜增厚，至12周病理出现部分毛细血管管腔闭塞，肾小球节段性硬化，峰值强度测值减低。

ResultsBmKE significantly prolonged laten periods of epileptic mice(P＜0.05), BmKE had a few effect on latent periods, the prolonged value of latent periods treated by BmKE was shorter than that treated by BmKE.

结果BmKE能显著延长PTZ致癫痫小鼠的发作潜伏期(P＜0.05)，BmKE作用很小，BmKE治疗组癫痫小鼠发作潜伏期的延长值比BmKE治疗组低。

The results showed that most of the microbes could be inactivated for the ultra high pressure treatment, the accumulation of total volatile basic nitrogen was restrained, and the change of pH value was delayed. High pressure could change the metabolizing of ATP and its metabolites, but did not impact the metabolic pathway of AMP decomposition.

结果表明：超高压处理可以有效地杀灭南美白对虾中绝大多数微生物，抑制贮藏过程中挥发性盐基氮的积累，延缓pH值的变化，从而延长南美白对虾的货架期，且处理压力越高延长效果越显著；超高压处理会给鲜虾带来不同程度上的煮熟虾的风味；400 MPa和600 MPa处理使虾在冷藏过程的黑变提前，而700 MPa处理可以完全抑制南美白对虾黑变现象的发生；超高压能够改变腺苷三磷酸及其代谢产物的代谢情况，但不影响腺苷酸的代谢途径。

Both dosages of DIZ (2 mg/kg) and MID (2 mg/kg) with an increased KET dosage (from 60 to 90 mg/kg) shortened the time of diminished corneal reflex (from 5.3 ± 0.8 to 2.2 ± 0.3 min) and palpebral reflex (from 3.0 ± 0.4 to 1.3 ± 0.2 min) and significantly prolonged the duration of anesthesia (from 97.2 ± 18.0 to 187.8 ± 28.8 min vs. from 103.3 ± 9.4 to 181.8 ± 19.5 min), but did not reduce the recovery time.
