However for material B, with the decreasing strain amplitude fracture surface shows larger and larger scalelike shape and becomes more smooth under uniaxial loading, but fracture surface under multiaxial loading looks like more smooth than that of uniaxial loading, and shows gradually wave-like morphology.

The composite film appeared semitransparent and brown to yellow from optical microscopy. Results show that shorter time sol-heating results in thiner film with less surface roughness, less conglutination to base, and easily to disconnect, while longer time sol-heating results in thicker film with better conglutination to base and worse roughness. 实验所得薄膜半透明，呈棕红色至黄色；实验表明，溶胶恒温加热时间较短时，所得薄膜的单层厚度较小，较平整，但附着力小，干燥后易脱落；恒温加热时间较长时，所得薄膜的单层厚度较大，不易脱落，但表面平整性较差；能谱测试表明，薄膜中的RDX整体上分布较为均匀，但在测试点位间距为2.4μm的微观尺度上呈离散状分布；XRD测试表明，RDX/RF复合物薄膜表现为RF的非晶态馒头峰与RDX衍射峰的叠加，RDX衍射峰明显宽化，其晶粒度可低至43 nm。

The results showed that the constitutes of thin films by PLD consisted with the targets ,and realizing thin films deposited with same constitutes;All of the films were heteromorphism;It was revealed that the effect of the growth temperature was significant to the diffract peaks of the films and that of the substrate was negligible;the films had rather flatness surface and compact structure;the peak-to-tail roughness of PbSe thin films surfaces was less than 200nm and that of ZnO and Mn doped ZnO films surfaces was less than 100nm;Flat degree was improved with falling of growth temperature and laser energy .

测试结果表明：PLD法制备的薄膜的成分与靶材的基本一致，实现了同组分沉积；所有制备的薄膜都为多晶薄膜，发现薄膜生长温度是影响薄膜衍射峰的主要因素，基片类型对此影响不明显；所有薄膜表面比较平滑，结构比较致密；其中PbSe薄膜的表面不平整度小于200nm，ZnO和Mn离子掺杂ZnO薄膜的表面不平度小于100nm；生长温度和激光能量降低能提高薄膜表面的平整度。

结果：①大体观察可见到原本蓝白色、有光泽、无裂纹的软骨在关节面压力增大后，逐渐呈灰黄色，表面粗糙，出现裂隙；当压力逐渐减小后，变黄、粗糙、有裂隙的软骨颜色逐渐恢复，变得有光泽②光镜下可见表面光滑、平整，细胞分布均匀、整齐，层次清楚的软骨在关节面压力增大后，表面变粗糙、缺损，细胞排列紊乱、染色不均；当关节面压力逐渐减小后，软骨表面逐渐修复，细胞仅在表层排列紊乱③免疫组织化学观察可见整个观察期内软骨细胞胞浆内均有Ⅱ型胶原表达，术后3周内表达逐渐变弱，从第7周时开始逐渐变强。④电镜下可见当关节面压力增大后，软骨细胞逐渐变扁，胞质中内质网膜、高尔基体减少，胶原排列紊乱；当关节面压力减小，软骨细胞形态逐渐恢复正常，胞质中内质网膜、高尔基体数量逐渐恢复；胶原纤维排列逐渐有规则。
