The result of this article showed that isothiazolone was an excellent algaecide that could react with the Phaeocystis in short time and restrain the growth of algae with low concentration. What is more, the algaecide could mix with other carrier and been prepared into slow-release film, which not only increased effect of algaecide but also avoided the problem of higher concentration in part sea.

第二部分新型乙肝核酸疫苗pVAX1 C3d-S〓S免疫预防效应和治疗作用的研究目的：研究含有新型分子佐剂补体C3d的HBV adw血清型的乙肝核酸疫苗重组真核表达质粒pVAX1-C3d-S〓S接种正常BALB／c小鼠和HBV转基因小鼠后，其免疫预防作用（接种局部肌肉中特异性抗原蛋白的表达和所诱生的体液免疫应答规律）以及免疫治疗作用（血清中特异性抗原的表达、特异性抗体的产生、HBV DNA的消长和肝组织中抗原表达的变化）。

The expression of HSP70 and HSP70mRNA and the activity of SOD and NOS in uterus were elevated with preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion and the influence on the activity of SOD and NOS was mainly refected in 12th and 16th month. It indicated that preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion on Guanyuan point could relieve the abnormal activity of center of stress, promote the expression of HSP70 and HSP70mRNA and the activity of SOD and NOS in uterus so as to maintain the normal structure and function and prolong the retrograde degeneration of uterus. It might be one of mechanisms of protecting uterus with preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion.

提示逆针灸关元穴对随后更年期大鼠子宫产生保护作用机制可能通过减缓应激中枢的异常活跃状态，提高不同月龄外周子宫组织细胞HSP70及mRNA的表达，以促进组织SOD、NOS活性的增强，对抗应激激素及卵巢功能衰退引起的子宫靶器官的结构及功能的改变，提高机体抗氧化能力，增强NO/NOS的局部调节作用，减轻随后更年期衰老过程中自由基对组织器官的损害及组织器官功能紊乱，对于维持子宫正常的结构和功能，延缓子宫退行性变具有重要作用。

On the basis of experiment analyses we would got that, When arc met with chute, it was blocked and had a stagnation, this made hot gas flow incrase near the chute; After arc went into the chute, mental vapor from arc root would lower the dielectric strength near the chute, meanwhile, High value of arc voltage and the corase face of the chute made electric strength increase. These factors might give rise to local restriking near the chute, and made arc voltage drop suddenly.

总结实验结果并加以分析，本文提出了这样的观点：电弧进入栅片时，在入口处受阻后的停滞，会使该区域的热气流增加；进入栅片后，弧根蒸发的金属蒸汽、电弧热气流会降低栅片入口区域的介质强度；电弧被栅片分割后，电压急剧上升，再加上栅片表面的不均匀会使局部区域的电场强度显著增加，这些因素的综合作用会导致电弧在栅片入口附近发生局部重击穿，引起电弧电压电压跌落。
