The study is aiming to develop a CAD/CAM system with independent Intellectual Property for dental cosmetology. It can improve the precision and process level of the prosthesis, lighten work intensity of the stomatologist, reduce the time of diagnosis.

本文研究目的是开发一套具有自主知识产权的口腔修复CAD/CAM软件系统，旨在提高修复体的设计质量和加工水平，减轻口腔修复工作强度，减少病人就诊次数。

Methods: Study and collect 66 cases of inefficient epilepsy for 7 years, among which 41 examples were turned to validity through the further treatment ,but 25 examples were still inefficient .We analyse the inefficient reasons, then begin the further treatment again, still inefficient 25 example cases are different in following aspects such as the tipe of episode , course , the result of CT or MR , the abnormal degree of electroencephalogram before treatment, the medicine used befor, the course of treatment, the disease history, the tipe of the symptoms before episode, the frequency of episode, the inducing reasons, the age, the sex and so on.

调查收集近7年所治小儿癫痫无效病例66例，其中41例经进一步治疗转为有效，25例经进一步治疗仍无效，分析无效的原因，进一步调查经治疗仍无效的25例病例，在发作类型、病程、CT或MR检查结果、疗前脑电图异常程度、就诊前所用药物、疗程、既往病史、辨证分型、发作先兆、疗前发作频率、诱因、发病年龄、性别方面与有效病例的区别。

The effect of treatment is negatively correlated with the course of disease, generally, the effect is much worse with the course of disease is much longer; The effect is positively correlated with the course of treatment, it is better if the course of treatment is longer.The group of more than one year is much excellent than the group of less one year. The ex-electroencephalogram before treatment is normal, on edge and a little abnormal, the effect is better. As regards CT or MR result, there is difference between the effective group and the ineffective group. The result of CT and MR is negative, the effect is better, and the effect to demyelination and leukoencephalopathy is most worst.However,for the tipe of much abnormality, the effect is the most worst.The effect is related to course of disease.The effect is better if the course is shorter.There is no difference in the tipe of disease the symptoms before episode, the frequency of episode, the inducing reasons, the age, sex and so on.

病程的长短与疗效存在负相关关系，病程越长疗效越差；疗程与疗效存在正相关关系，疗程越长疗效越好；疗前脑电图的异常程度与疗效存在负相关关系，正常、边缘及轻度异常者，疗效较好，重度异常者疗效最差；无效组与有效组在CT及MR检查结果上有差异，有阴性者疗效好，阳性者疗效差，脱髓鞘及脑白质病疗效最差的趋势；疗效与性别无相关性；无效组与有效组在发作类型、既往病史、辨证分型、发作先兆、疗前发作频率、诱因、发病年龄、就诊前所用药物方面无差异。

Factors in VVC patients ,the VVC patients used of uncleaned ladies'goods is 9.46% and used of antibiotic is 16.11%, used of vulva wash is 17.39. Conculsion:1.The incidence of VVC is the hightest. The age of VVC is among 18 to 35.2.The symptoms of VVC are obrious vulva pruritus ,lightly pain in vulva and the congestion in 1/3 vagina mucositis. 3.There is obviouly difference in uncleaned ladies'goods and used of antibiotic and used of vulva wash.

1、妇产科门诊就诊的患者中VVC所占比例最高，且以18-35岁年龄为主；2、VVC患者主要症状及体征为外阴明显瘙痒、轻度阴道疼痛、阴道壁粘膜充血、阴道分泌物多且无溢出，以单纯性VVC较多见；3、经期使用不洁卫生用品、长期使用抗生素及经常使用阴道冲洗器有显著性差异是VVC的危险因素。
