A rapid, efficient protocol to detect the toxicity of Cu2+ stress using wheat coleoptile, which is simple, uniformal in structure and sensitive, was established. By using this model, the mechanism of Cu2+ stress leading to the inhibition of cell elongation was also studied.

本文以小麦为材料，研究不同浓度Cu2+对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响及机理；利用小麦胚芽鞘结构简单、反应敏感的特点，探索建立小麦胚芽鞘快速检测铜离子毒害模式，并利用此模式研究了铜离子胁迫对细胞伸长抑制作用的机理。

A set of spelt monosomic lines as female parent were respectively crossed with wheat new variety SM96 and new line SM20005 to determine the chromosomal location of the gene conferring resistance to powdery mildew in both. Seeding of parents, F〓 and F〓 from monosomic F〓 were inoculated with race no. 15 of Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici. Analysis of obtained data revealed that one major dominant resistant gene originating from wild Emmer in the variety SM96 and the line SM20005 was located on chromosome 4A.

The common wheat line 3D256, a derivative of wild emmer with pedigree Yanda1817/WE27//Nongda015/3/941, is highly resistant to prevailing local wheat powdery mildew isolate E09 in Beijing area.

本研究利用来自以色列的野生二粒小麦WE27与普通小麦杂交，再用普通小麦连续回交和自交，育成高抗白粉病小麦新品系3D256（其系谱为燕大1817/WE27//农大015/3/941，F6）。

With hydroponic culture, we studied the effects of Zn(superscript 2+) on dry matter and zinc accumulation in wheat seedlings using Chang 5864 as the experimental material. In this paper, Zn(superscript 2+) concentration in cultivating solution was 30 and 60 mgL^(-1), respectively, and 0 mgL^(-1) Zn was set as control. Seedling root and plumule were gathered every day from 4 d to 13 d after cultivation. We measured dry matter weight, and analyzed zinc concentration by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the dry matter accumulation in seedling root and plumule were all significantly improved under Zn treatment.

为了探明Zn在小麦植株中的吸收、分配和积累规律，以小麦品种长5864为供试材料，来用室内水培方法，于培养4~13d后取幼芽和幼根，用原子吸收分光光度计法测定样品中Zn的含量，研究了不同Zn(上标 2+)供应水平（0、30、60mgL^(-1)，分别用Zn0、Zn30、Zn60表示）对小麦幼苗干物质积累及幼苗Zn含量和积累的影响，分析了小麦幼苗中Zn的积累规律。
