Objective To assess the diagnostic value of CT enterography in patients with Crohn's disease. Methods Multi-detector CT enterography and small bowel follow-through were performed in 30 patients with Crohn's disease.

目的 将多层螺旋CT小肠成像与传统的小肠造影进行对比，了解CT小肠成像对克罗恩病的诊断价值。

CT enterography and small bowel follow-through consistently depicted fistula in 3 patients and had no significant difference in diagnosing intestinal stenosis. CT enterography also exclusively detected abdominal abscess in one patient.

CT小肠成像和小肠造影在肠管狭窄的诊断方面差异无显著性(53.3% vs.43.3%， P=0.375)，对瘘管的诊断结果一致（3例），CT小肠成像诊断腹腔脓肿1例。

Conelasions The combination of rhGH and Gin can significantly improve the adaptation of the remnant small intestine in parenterally fed, SBS rats, there are synergistic effects between them; The increase of proliferation and the decrease of apoptosis in the remnant intestinal epithelial cells are involved in this process; The intestinal iGF-I p; ays an important role in the intestinal adaptation. Our findings support the concept that specific gut-trophic nutrients and growth factors may combined to enhance the intestinal adaptation and reduce the severity of short bowel syndrome.

结论联用rhGH组与Gln，显著促进PN时短肠大鼠残余小肠代偿，二者间作用存在协同肠粘膜上皮细胞增生增加及凋亡抑制与小肠代偿密切相关；小肠局部IGF-I在rhGH与Gln协同作用的发挥中起重要介导作用。

Results In all these cases, there are 83 cases origin from mucous membrane which include inflammation, tumor and anabrosis; 24 cases origin below mucous membrane which include interstitialoma, lymphoma and scleroderma;38 cases mainly changed in the shape, structure and position of organs which include hiatus hernia, Oblique inguinal hernia, diverticulum, malrotation of intestine and megacolon; 29 cases mainly changed in the power and function of organs which include functional disorder of esophagus, mesentery-compressed syndrome funtional disorder of small intestine and irritable colon; 17 cases' performance caused by the factor outside intestinal canal which include mesentery shift, stomach shift and small intestine shift, and other cases which include fistula between esophagus and mediastinum, rectovaginal fistula, foreign body in esophagus and small intestine ascariasis.
