Fifty female patients who were selected to schedule for mammary gland tumor excision surgery, were divided into 2 groups(n=25 in each group): group A: received propofol's half-effective concentration at 3.0 μg/ml in Marsh model by TCI; group B: received propofol's half-effective concentration at 4.0 μg/ml in Marsh model by TCI. All patients were given remifentanil in Minto model by TCI after being given propofol which reached the balance between effect-site concentration and blood plasma concentration. The target concentration of remifentanil was determined by a modification of Dixon's up-and-down method. Laryngeal mask insertion was attempted after 10 mins, the insertion condition and success rate were observed, then the suitable target concentration of remifentanil(ECe50) were calculated.

50例女性乳腺良性手术患者随机分为2组（n=25），A组：靶控输注丙泊酚效应室浓度3.0 μg/ml；B组：靶控输注丙泊酚效应室浓度4.0 μg/ml（均为Marsh药代模型），待其效应室浓度和血浆浓度达平衡后给予靶控输注效应室浓度瑞芬太尼，运用Dixon's序贯法确定喉罩置入时瑞芬太尼浓度，10分钟后置入喉罩并观察喉罩置入条件与成功率，计算出相应的瑞芬太尼适宜靶浓度（ECe50值）。

Lastly, we design a mechanical testing apparatus and tested some key components of vacuum vessel such as bellows, ports and support using photoelasticity and resistance strain gauge. From the test we have got lots of experimental data, which are very important for the design of vacuum vessel.

同时从结构动力学和疲劳设计的角度，分析了真空室的固有振型、频率及真空室在瞬时电磁力、地震载荷等动态载荷作用下的响应问题，理论给出了真空室在使役期内的疲劳用度累计损伤系数，评价了真空室的疲劳寿命情况。

In this paper, the analytical expressions of seismic input for homogeneous elastic half-space are first derived in oblique incidence of plane SV-wave, and then a finite element model for a real hydropower cavern group composed of main powerhouse- transformer chamber- tailrace surge tank cavern is created. Characteristics of seismic responses such as displacement, acceleration and stress are studied in detail at different incidence angles and some results are compared with those given by the literature.

本文首先推导了平面SV波斜入射下均质弹性半无限空间的地震动输入表达式，然后建立了某水电站主厂房室-主变室-尾水调压室等构成的地下洞室群有限元模型，详细研究了不同入射角度下各洞室的位移、加速度、动应力等地震反应特点，并与文献进行了对比。

It solved problems that the original leaf chamber groups had large room so the petiole was broke easily when the leaves were clamped and the leaves growing attaching land are measured difficultyly after leaf chamber groups and photosynthesis instrument was assembled.

结果］结果表明，这种叶室密封性好，接驳容易，简单实用，操作方便，快速省时，采用开路测量模式测量猫爪草光合特性效果良好，解决了原配叶室存在叶室较大，夹住叶片时极易折断叶柄及叶室和光合仪组装完成后难以对贴地生长叶片进行测量等问题。

The research results of the above have preferably solved the hot point problems discussed and studied in the process of the calculation of water diversion system unsteady flow of air cushion surge chamber, offer theoretical basis to accuracy calculation and reasonable design of air cushion surge chamber, and are helpful to make air cushion surge chamber more popularized in our country.

上述几方面内容的创新点就在于，实现了对气垫式调压室过渡过程的全面系统的研究，较好地解决了设有气垫式调压室的引水系统非恒定流计算过程中一直处于讨论、研究阶段的热点问题，为准确计算、合理设计气垫式调压室提供了理论依据，对加速推广气垫式调压室在我国的应用有很大帮助。

从地下洞室周边切向应力的英格里公式出发，提出针对不同环境的地应力场进行地下厂房纵轴线方位优选的简便方法，并编程计算了四川二滩等多个地下厂房不同纵轴线方向所对应的洞室周边切向应力，分析不同纵轴线方向条件下洞室周边切向应力的极值，并与实际工程所选取的纵轴线方向所对应的切向应力值比较，讨论了工程所选纵轴线的合理性以及洞室周边应力的集中程度。
