This text proposes a new practice mode of "entering the famous factory, visiting the great teacher, reserving a post and practice" in the nonmetallic materials specialty undergraduate course of practical education. The mode pads attention to cooperating the practice base, guiding the construction of the teaching body and encouraging innovation.
