Besides, I also surely know that just professional skills are not enough for being a good doctor. Hence, I attend the basic scientific research of preclinical medical college, the epidemiological investigation of public health college and the clinical scientific research of clinic college,from which I possess of some experimental skill such as CELL CULTER , PCR , Western blotting and so on.Above all,these experience cultivate my ability of designing the experiment and enforcing the experiment,which help me complete my research.

做为一名七年制的学生，学校对我们的要求是&临床技能和科研能力同等重要&因此在进行临床技能培养的同时，我先后参加过我校基础医学院的基础科研实践、公共卫生学院的流行病学调查实习，及临床学院的临床科研实践，让我熟练掌握了细胞培养、 PCR 、 Western blotting 等分子生物学技术；最重要的是，这些实践经验培养了我独立完成从研究课题的设计到实验方案的实施能力，帮助我顺利的完成了我在硕士期间的科研项目。

Firstly, this issue discussed has important practical significance, so I carried an elaborate investigation to'small-town house and traditional village-house'in district of Huizhou. In the foundation of the investigation, I collected and incorporated many data of it, and abstracted the characteristics of the district, including distribution, size, scale, color, constructing fashions, and so on, and then, I summarized Huizhou's housing situation, types of houses, constructional styles, etc. Secondly, after above analysis, I revealed the rules that the public houses evolved from traditional fashions to modern ones, and researched how to deal with the questions that we integrated traditional characteristics into modern houses and life styles. Finally, I selected typical house plans from large quantity of practical projects and adapted and perfected them to demonstrate the theory discussed above combining the compilation of standard cutlines of local traditional construction.

论文的上篇，由于本课题具有很强的实践意义，所以对徽州地区小城镇住宅和传统村落做了较为详尽的调研；对传统民居基础资料进行收集与整理，提炼出徽州地区传统民居的特色，包括其布局、比例、尺度、色彩、构造等做法；并对徽州地区小城镇住宅建设情况、住宅类型、建设方式等方面进行概述；中篇在上篇分析的基础上，揭示了从传统民居到现代住宅的演变规律，并研究如何解决传统特色与现代住宅和生活模式相结合的问题；下篇是从大量实践工程中挑选出有典型代表的住宅方案和构造大样，加以修改完善、突出传统特色，并结合编制《地方传统建筑》标准图集的实践，论证前面所述的理论。

Finally, college students lack the consciousness and diligences in self training. Chapter four: based on the problems in government, employers, college and students, in this chapter, the author constructs the "quaternity" operating system. The government fully plays the role of macro-control, the employers actively participate in the cooperation with colleges, colleges take further steps in education and instruction reform and college students enhance the self-training and improvement of their social practice abilities.

第四章：基于政府、用人单位、高校和大学生在培养大学生社会实践能力中存在的问题，本章构建了政府、用人单位、高校和大学生&四位一体&的培养大学生社会实践能力的操作系统：政府要充分发挥宏观调控作用，用人单位应积极参与高校的合作培养，高校应进一步深化教育教学改革，大学生要加强社会实践能力的自我培养与提高。
