Aiming at complicated computing and difficulty of being realized when extending single sensor PHD filtering to the multi-sensor case by means of probability generating function, a multi-sensor multi-target sequential particle-PHD tracking algorithm is proposed based on the thought of sequential filtering for a centralized fusion system. The algorithm chooses the importance density function with regard to every sensor, and updates sample particle of every sensor layer by layer.

当采用概率母函数将单传感器PHD滤波推广到多传感器情形时，针对计算繁琐，难于实现的问题，本文基于集中式融合系统的有序滤波思想，提出多传感器、多目标有序粒子PHD跟踪算法，该算法通过选取与各传感器相关的重要性密度函数，层层更新各传感器的采样粒子，达到多传感器多目标有序PHD跟踪。

The input method of multi-scale data and three levels data index are investigated, a new own idea about how to represent multi-scale seamless data is advanced. The viewpoints that seamless GIS is looked on surface of globe reference ellipsoid as spatial information positioning standard and looked on geographic coordinates as reference of spatial data storage are explored, and based on reference ellipsoid surface coordinate, the measurement model of distance, azimuth angle and area are given.(4) The flowchart of data production of seamless GIS is analyzed, on the basis of the program algorithm and the interactive processing of feature adjoining relation, the data production method of seamless GIS is discussed.

The national defence basic project as background and the dynamic model of cotrolled transfer matrix for multiple launch rocket was created in order to reduce the initial disturbance of rocket projectile. The causes that affect the angle change of orientation locator were analyzed by the engineering system dynamic theory base on multibody system transfer matrix method. The simulation of dispersion for multiple launch rocket was implementation, and the affect law between the angle of elevation and side deflection and the control parameters was acquired. The control module was installed on the orientation locator of multiple rocket launcher to control the initial disturbance of rocket that provide new method and theory base and show the engineering system dynamic base on the multibody system transfer matrix method is effective.

本文以国防基础科研项目为背景，建立了通过控制定向器角运动来减小火箭弹起始扰动的多管火箭受控多体系统动力学模型，应用基于多体系统传递矩阵法的工程系统动力学理论，进行了定向器角度运动的影响因素分析，进行了受控多管火箭炮发射动力学和密集度数值仿真，得到了定向器俯仰和侧偏角控制参数对俯仰角和侧偏角的影响规律，为在火箭炮定向器上加装控制集成模块控制火箭弹的起始扰动和射击精度提供了新思路和理论基础，也表明了基于多体系统传递矩阵法的工程系统动力学理论的有效性。

Multitasking operating systems come in two flavors: cooperative multitasking and preemptive multitasking. Linux, like all Unix variants and most modern operating systems, provides preemptive multitasking. In preemptive multitasking, the scheduler decides when a process is to cease running and a new process is to resume running. The act of involuntarily suspending a running process is called preemption. The time a process runs before it is preempted is predetermined, and it is called the timeslice of the process. The timeslice, in effect, gives each runnable process a slice of the processor''s time. Managing the timeslice enables the scheduler to make global scheduling decisions for the system. It also prevents any one process from monopolizing the processor. Bs we shall see, this timeslice is dynamically calculated in the Linux process scheduler to provide some interesting benefits.

A new approach for pattern recognition of ultra-high frequency signals of transformer partial discharge based on multi-scale analysis of wavelet packet and grid dimensionality is proposed, in which the multi-scale transform of wavelet packet is used to extract wavelet coefficients of UHF PD signals and by means of improving difference box-counting method the grid dimensionality of multi-scale wavelet coefficients is calculated and the multi-scale grid dimensionality is taken as the characteristic quantity that is used in the recognition of UHF PD signals.
