To simulation of weather patterns, the capability of stimulation to 850hPa is not as good as the one to 500hPa, which may be caused by underlying surface. In addition, the capability of stimulation to 48h is also not as good as the one to 36h. By analysis of result of stimulation to heavy rainfall happened on 8 July, 2003, we have found that rain belt location and its heavy rain core amounts in sensitivity run are preferably displayed by MM5V3. Analyses indicate this event was in close relationship with the southwest low vortex moving to east from the Tibetan Plateau and low-level jet in front of vortex and shear line.

模拟结果总体的TS评分、大雨以上准确率及暴雨以上准确率较MAPS模式都普遍更高；在对天气形势场的模拟能力方面，模式对850hPa上天气形势场的模拟效果不如500hPa上的模拟效果好，其可能原因是受下垫面的影响所致，并且总的看来，36小时的模拟效果优于48小时的模拟效果。

The results showed that the spatial characteristic of spectra on the opencast coal mine varied with land type area distribution, and landscape pattern. The first and second principal components of the TM images had obvious spatial characteristic, i.e., the first principal component highlighted the characters of excavation and transportation area, slope area, and cumuli and stripping area, while the second principal component highlighted the information of higher and lower vegetation-cover area.

结果表明：由于露天矿区土地扰动下土地类型、面积分布及其景观格局的不同，其遥感影像的光谱空间特征也不相同，但前2个主成分构成的空间特征结构十分明显，第1主成分主要表示采煤运煤区、边坡区以及剥离堆垫区的特征信息，第2主成分主要表示植被高覆盖区及植被低覆盖区的特征信息。

Using Landsat TM data, based on the spectral character analysis of main land-use types, different feature models under strong land disturbance in Antaibao opencast coal mine were set up. Vegetation higher cover area, vegetation lower cover area, denudation and cumuli area, excavation and transport area and slope area in Antaibao were extracted. The information of areas with higher vegetation cover and lower vegetation cover were detected by NDVI (normalized difference vegetation index).

According to the characteristics of craftwork and micromark of quartzitic jade jues unearthed from the ancient tombs of Henglingshan site, in particular to a pair of the fine jade jues from the tomb M177, it is conjectured that the jade jues are made by the natives and the technology is employed in which fixed revolving axis in the centre when drilling a hole in jade materials, and the special fixed tools and rigid polishing materials would be used also in cutting and polishing processes.
