本实验采用东北大学陶瓷研究所研制成功的由Ti粉和Ni粉为主要原料，采用TiH_2和NH_4HCO_3作为造孔剂，通过粉末冶金方法制备的多孔NiTi合金，并采用真空灌注羟基磷灰石的方法取得的种植体的新材料，在添加TiH_2做为造孔剂的基础上在Ti：Ni原子比为50%：50%的试样中添加NH_4HCO_3做为第二种造孔剂后，试样中的气孔经检测是由100～500μm的大孔、1～50μm小孔和1μm以下的微孔组成，产生了合理的粗化表面并同时得到了固位良好的生物涂层。

Results The patients with ERA resilient presision attachment denture were followed up for 4 to 12 months, more than 94.1% patient were satisfied with the beauty,cosiness,stableness,mastication and pronunciation.

结果：经过4个月～12个月的观察，94.1%以上的患者对义齿的美观性、舒适性、固位、咀嚼及发音情况表示满意。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of restoration of residual crown and residual root with post and core, and porcelain-fused-to-metal crown.

目的 观察有临床保留价值的残冠残根经根管治疗后行桩核固位，金属烤瓷冠修复的疗效分析。

Post crown is comfortable and aesthetic for wear, and it can offer very good retention. It is the most important reason of the failure for final restoration that the residual root fracture again.

因其固位良好，外形和牙冠色泽接近天然牙，美观舒适，制作简便，支持与受力形式合理而为广大患者所喜爱。

To provide anatomy basis for the implant surgery in the cranio-maxillofacial region ,the three dimensional quantitative measurement of the cranio-maxillofacial region (temporal bone, anterior nasal floor ,orbital rim and zygoma region)were performed in 146 cases.
