The common wheat line 3D256, a derivative of wild emmer with pedigree Yanda1817/WE27//Nongda015/3/941, is highly resistant to prevailing local wheat powdery mildew isolate E09 in Beijing area.

本研究利用来自以色列的野生二粒小麦WE27与普通小麦杂交，再用普通小麦连续回交和自交，育成高抗白粉病小麦新品系3D256（其系谱为燕大1817/WE27//农大015/3/941，F6）。

The results showed the resistance was controlled by at least two pairs of genes, and was incompletely recessive. Effect of backcross was very significant and that of reciprocal cross was not. Resistance was dominated by nuclear genes, narrow inheritability was comparatively high. The resistance was in keeping with additive-dominance model, and dominance was dominating, and showed a quantitative character.

结果表明：苦瓜对白粉病的抗性受两对以上基因控制，两对主基因抗病相对感病为不完全隐性，回交效应极显著，正反交效应差异不显著，抗病性主要受核基因控制，两对主基因的狭义遗传力较高，符合加性－显性模型，加性效应较大，抗性效应在亲本和F1间存在极显著正相关，表现为数量性状遗传的特点。

Somatic hybrids grew weakly and took roots hard. By continuous subculture to facilitate to take roots using rhizogenic medium, the regenerants was transplanted on the cropland and backcrossed using cultivar wheat pollen.

体细胞杂种生长势差，生根困难，通过不断地使用生根培养基促进生根，然后移栽到大田中，利用不同播期的小麦花粉回交杂种，获得回交后代。

Then by the tracking investigation of the herbicide resistance of generations crossed or backcrossed with Bar gene transgenic wheat and the wheat hybrid descents heredity performance were studied. The result indicated that: 1 Development of regeneration systemsWheat genotypes and medium are the key factores influencing the development of regeneration systems for immature embryo cultivation.

此外通过回交将抗Basta除草剂的Bar基因转育到这些小麦品种，通过对转Bar基因小麦人工杂交与回交后代除草剂抗性的连续跟踪鉴定，研究了Bar基因在小麦杂种后代的遗传表现。

However, the use of Aegliops tauschii in improvement of wheat yield trait has not been reported. In this study, T.durum-Ae.Squarrosa amphidiploids was crossed with common wheat PH85-16, then backcrossed with PH85-16. The variation characteristic of the main yield traits of BC1F1 and BC1F2 were analyzed. Then, QTLs affecting yield traits were detected by 130 SSR primer pairs of D genome in BC_1F_1 and BC_1F_2.The result showed chromosomes in D genome from Aegliops tauschii affected yield trait of wheat significantly.

本研究以二倍体小麦粗山羊草与四倍体硬粒小麦合成的双二倍体Am6为亲本，与普通小麦PH85-16 进行杂交，再用PH85-16 进行回交，对获得的回交后代进行了主要产量性状调查，利用位于小麦D 基组的SSR 分子标记进行了分子标记分析，对来自粗山羊草与产量性状相关的数量性状位点进行定位，探讨粗山羊草对小麦产量性状的影响。

结果显示，普通小麦与粗山羊草杂交不能正常结实，进行幼胚拯救可获得组培苗，成胚率达到9.22%；矮败与Y215杂种F1自交不育，与普通小麦回交可正常结实，但BC1自交结实率极低。

Three full-sibling binary CMS lines, 11 back-cross binary CMS lines, 10 half-sibling binary CMS lines, 10 isozygoty CMS lines and five restorer lines were chosen to make 50 single hybrids and 120 modified single cross hybrids by the way of NC Ⅱ design.
