Results Primary colon resection and anastomosis were performed in 15 cases, and twostage surgery in three cases.

结果 行结肠一期切除吻合术15例；分期手术3例，出现吻合口瘘1例。

METHODS From October 2004 to January 2008, 24 patients with complex congenital heart disease underwent RHB. The dignoses of patients included tricuspid atresia, single ventricle, and so on. Among them, 8 cases were found ectopia cordis. Opreation precedure included bidrectional Glenn shunt (19 cases) and total caval pulmonary connection (TCPC,5 cases). In the 24 cases, 16 patient underwent off-pump operation. RESULTS Total hospital mottality was 4.2%.

2004年10月至2008年1月，采用右心旁路手术治疗复杂先天性心脏病共24例（病种包括三尖瓣闭锁、单心室等，其中心脏位置异常8例）。19例行双向格林术，5例行全腔静脉-肺动脉吻合术。24中16例在非体外循环下实施，2例双向格林术术后再次手术。

Methods:from 1988 to 2004, 26 patients (25 males and 1femal, aged from 28～72 years old) with esophagus rupture were treated. among the 26 cases, 2 cases received conservative treatment; 6 cases' esophaguses were slit to extirpate heterogeneous things; 3 cases received thorax and mediastinal conduction added gastrostomy or jejunostomy; 14 cases received esophagus hernioplasty; 1case was put the metallic bracket into esophagus and then received esophagus resection and esophagus -gastric anastomosis in the second period.

1988～2004年收治食管破裂患者26例，其中男25例，女1例，年龄28～72岁。26例患者中，2例保守治疗，6例切开食管摘取异物，3例行胸腔、纵隔引流加空肠及胃造瘘术，14例行食管修补术，1例行食管内带膜金属支架植入，二期再行食管切除食管胃吻合术。

The time from injury to admission was between 2 monthes214 monthes except 1patient who underwent emergency operation 4 hours after injury ,and 1 patient was treated with debridment and epineurial neurorrhaphy ,7 cases with nerve trunk grafting ,6 cases with nerve cable grafting ,4 cases with neurolysis ,1 case with arthrodesis of ankle.

伤后至入院手术时间除1 例为4 h 外，其余均为2～14 个月。1 例行清创、神经外膜对端吻合术，7 例行神经全干移值术，6 例行神经电缆式移植，4 例行神经松解术，1 例行踝关节融合术。

Results Preoperative diagnostic rate was53.6%,and operative resection rate was71.4%,simple cholecystectomy in6cases,cholecystectomy and exploration of the biliary passage in4cases,gallbladder and regional lymphadonectomy in2cases,gallbladder and liver wedge resection and regional lymphadonectomy in6cases,gallblad-der and liver wedge resection and regional lymphadonectomy and right hemicolectomy in1case,and gallbladder and liver wedge resection and regional lymphadonectomy and subtotal gastrectomy and right hemicolectomy in1case.Unre-sectable rate were28.6%,gastro-jejunostomy in2cases,cholecystostomy in1case.Laparotomy exploration only in5cases.

结果 术前确诊率仅为53.6%（15/28），手术切除率为71.4%（20/28），单纯胆囊切除术6例（占21.4%），胆囊切除+总胆管探查4例（占14.3%），胆囊切除+区域淋巴结清扫2例（占7.1%），胆囊+肝楔状切除+区域淋巴结清扫6例（占21.4%），胆囊+肝楔状切除+区域淋巴结清扫+右半结肠切除1例（占3.6%），胆囊+肝楔状切除+区域淋巴结清扫+胃大部切除+右半结肠切除1例（占3.6%），未切除率为28.6%，胃-空肠吻合术2例（占7.1%），胆囊造瘘1例（占3.6%），仅做剖腹探查术5例（占17.9%）。

Among them, 2 were treated by CO2 laser and the laryngeal cavity was exposed by distending laryngoscope under general anesthesia; 13 were treated by bipedical muscle flap. And 2 were selected by excising the stenosis and jumping together. Results: All of the patients achieved decannulation in the end.

根据情况分别采用支撑喉镜下CO2激光切除术，双蒂胸骨舌骨肌瓣修复术，狭窄部分切除＋端端吻合术对17例喉瘢痕性狭窄患者进行治疗，部分患者放置硅胶T形管，术后随访时间均在3年以上。

Methods we summarized 22 cases Suffering from perforation of gastric cancer in our hospital,6 were treated with repair of perforatlon and gastrojejunostomy at the same time,8 with partial gastrectomy,8 wth radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer（D2,D3）,and positive treatment such.as intraperitoneal chemothrapy to the patients above.

对22例胃癌穿孔病人实施不同手术方式治疗。其中行穿孔修补加胃肠吻合术6例，姑息性胃癌切除术8例，胃癌根治术（D2，D3）8例，后两者术后均行腹腔化疗等综合治疗。

Methods:Radical rectal excisions assisted by laparoscopy were performed in 3 patients,included 2 Mile's operations and 1 Park's operation.
