To evaluate the clinical value of intrathoracic esophagogastric "layer-to-layer" anas tomosis with esophageal mucosa extended varied in plane and to study the effective methods to prevent anastomotic leaking or stricture postoperatively.

目的 评价胸内食管黏膜延长不同平面与胃、食管分层吻合术，探讨预防食管吻合口瘘和吻合口狭窄发生的吻合方法。

Intrathoracic esophagogastric "layer-to-layer" anastomosis with esophageal mucosal extended varied in plane is an ef fective method to prevent anastomotic leaking and stricture postoperatively.

食管、胃黏膜延长不同平面分层吻合术是预防吻合口瘘和吻合口狭窄的有效吻合方法。

All patients underwent total colectomy,with ileostomy(n=1),ileorectostomy(n=2),ileoanal anastomosis or ileal pouch-anal anastomosis(n=7),and rectal mucosectomy,through the muscular sheath of rectum ileoanal/ileal pouch-anal anastomosis(n=7) respectively.

全部病人均施行了全结肠切除，采用回肠造口1例，回直肠吻合2例，直肠切除、回肠肛管吻合或回肠储袋、回肠肛管吻合7例，部分直肠切除、直肠粘膜剥脱经直肠肌鞘回肠肛管吻合7例。

In the second group,the rabbits were treated only with the argon laser induced chorioretinal venous anastomosis. Results An anastomosis in experimental group was formed in 6 rabbits within 4-6 weeks after treatment while no anastomosis was formed in control group.

充分的术前准备和良好的吻合技术是防止吻合口漏发生的关键。正确判断吻合口漏的发生及采用正确的处理方法是治疗的前提，双腔引流管加肛管引流是保守治疗吻合口漏的有效方法。

Methods 208 cases in 20 years were retrospectively analysed,86 cases (41.35%) were recovered by subtotal gastrectomy;18 cases (20.93%) were undergone Billroth I anastomosis;68 cases (79.07%) Billroth Ⅱ;42 cases (61.76%) Billroth Ⅱ precolonic anastomosis;26 cases (38.24%) retrocolic anastomosis.

在构建了模拟小儿臂丛神经根性撕脱伤的动物模型基础上，将实验动物按手术方式分组如下，A组：母鼠提供的的神经移植体一端与子鼠健侧臂丛上干行端侧吻合，另一端与患侧已切断的锁骨下肌皮神经远端行端端吻合。B组：母鼠提供的的神经移植体一端与子鼠健侧臂丛上干行端侧吻合，另一端与患侧已切断的锁骨上颈〓远端行端端吻合。C组：母鼠提供的的神经移植体桥接于子鼠患侧膈神经与锁骨下肌皮神经之间。D组：子鼠患侧膈神经直接与锁骨上颈〓远端行端端吻合。
