根据劣质煤的特性调整和制定了适合其性质的工艺和操作，即适当减小吹风强度，调整蒸汽用量，防止出现炭层被吹翻、吹凹、吹出风洞及结块，调节上、下吹加氮空气量等。劣质煤的应用，降低了成本，提高了企业的竞争力。

The results of combustion process numerical simulation of blends in blast pipe and tuyere raceway indicated that the total combustion efficiency of blends could come up to more than 90%, the combustion behavior of injecting blends in tuyere zone is between that of injecting coal and waste plastics. Hence, injecting blends of coal and waste plastics in blast furnace is feasible in theory.

In order to understand the amount of the argon gas entered the mold and the distribution of argon gas in the mold when blowing argon gas through stopper or upper nozzle, the water model with 1∶1 scale was built to investigate the effects of casting speed, argon flow rate, the manner of blowing argon, nozzle port angle and other parameters on the argon gas distribution in the different wide slab casting mold.

The research of convectors final slag properties indicates that, the content of MgO in final slag, in top blown, is lower than that in bottom blown, and the content of TFe in former is higher than that in latter, and as the content of MgO in slag increased, the melting point of slag increase, significantly.

转炉终渣性能分析研究表明，顶吹终渣MgO的含量比复吹终渣含量低，顶吹终渣中的TFe含量比复吹终渣的含量高；随着渣中MgO含量的增加，渣的熔点显著增大。

In order to improve the efficiency of argon bubbling,full bottom argon bubbling operation has been realized in the plant after a long period of tackling key problems.

Hydrophilic organics in the raw water decreased , while hydrophobe organics incresed. 4 Stainless steel and acid-resistant keramics showed less effect on the water's qulity, while the fiber steel which had used for storage in the experiment showed great effect.
