Aiming at various levels and various requirements of the researchers,and the limitation of the auditory display tools,an ADK auditory display development platform is proposed to meet the diverse needs of sonification researchers with different computer skills and to overcome some of the limitations of present auditory display tools.

针对可听化研究人员的层次多样性、需求多样性和目前听觉显示工具的局限性，提出了一种通用的适用于多个不同层次用户的听觉显示开发平台ADK。

The ventral partition of medial geniculate body has been known as the special nucleus of relaying auditory information. In auditory processing, a primary function of thalamocortical relay neurons in MGBv is to encode sound signals as different sequences of action potential.

This study has achieved the following purposes,observed effects of different levels of noise exposure on the auditory function and the hearing organ of guinea pigs,explored optimal noise exposure profiles for research of NIHL susceptibility,established NIHL susceptibility model,148 differentially expressed genes of cochlea between NIHL susceptible and unsusceptible guinea pigs were screened by using suppression subtractive hybridization.The results of bioinformatics analysis showed that there are 34 sequences whose homology were larger than 80% and match sequence larger than 100 bp.

本研究观察了不同噪声暴露量对豚鼠听觉功能和听觉器官结构的影响，探讨了NIHL易感性研究的最佳噪声暴露方案，建立了NIHL易感豚鼠模型，利用抑制性消减杂交技术筛选NIHL易感与不易感豚鼠耳蜗的差异表达基因片段148条，生物信息学结果显示同源性大于80%且匹配碱基大于100 bp的片段共34条。
