Based on structural health monitoring system of Donghai Bridge, the cable-stayed bridge response and environmental factors were measured during the typhoon Krosa. The characteristics of typhoon, wind-induced response and structural modal parameters variation were analyzed.

The results show that during the landfalling ing and northward going process of Matsa, the cold air in its northwest side first rotated along the typhoon circulation from the north to the south, and then intruded northward form the south into warm center of Matsa gradually, and at the same time in the vertical direction there were cold airs systematically/slantly descending from the middle-upper troposphere and intruding into the typhoon circumfluence at the low level, which at last resulted in the extratropical transition of Mstsa.

结果表明：&麦莎&登陆北上过程中，西北侧冷空气先随着&麦莎&环流由北向南旋转，尔后冷空气又从台风低压中心的偏南侧向北侵入，逐步侵入&麦莎&暖心结构；在垂直方向上，对流层中高层不断有系统性的冷空气倾斜向下补充，冷空气从对流层低层侵入台风环流，最终使&麦莎&变性。

Numerical simulation for this event is performed using the non-hydrostatic, two-way interactive, triply nested grid mesoscale model MM5 and the structure of the inverted typhoon trough is studied. Furthermore, the formation and development mechanism of the inverted typhoon trough as well as the meso-scale vortex are discussed through the budget of vorticity equation.

In order to calibrate the model, data of six typhoons such as the flood peak and the peak time are collected to compare with the result of the simulations. The result shows that the difference of the inflow hydrograph between them is very close. The average error of the flood peak is 5.21%. Furthermore, the error of the peak time is less than one hour but Wenny Typhoon is an exception by more than two hours. Therefore, the model could be applied to simulate the rainfall event at Shih-men watershed.

为验设模式模拟精确性，本研究以具代表性之六场台风降雨模拟，针对石门水库入流历线之观测流量与模拟值比较，结果显示模拟之水库入流历线与观测值差异不大，其尖峰流量误差绝对个平均为5.21%；另在预测洪峰到达时间方面，除温妮台风迟迟2小时外，其余均在1小时内，显示本分析模式可应用於石门水库上游集水区暴雨事件模拟。
