Added oxytetracyclimne + JSS or chlortetracycline + JSS, the egg yolk color was up to 8 and 6degree respectively. When added arsanilic acid + JSS, the egg yolk color was up to 7 degree and improved one color unit than that of JSS treatment. When added arsanilic acid +JMH to basal diet, the egg yolk color was up to 8 degree and decreased one color unit than that of JMH treatment.

Results When the culture medium was supplemented with 0 .05μg/ml sodium selenite,the proliferation of transformed cells was significant ly promoted and the transformation did not change remarkably,when supplemented w ith 0.25μg/ml,the proliferation was promoted but the transformation was inh ibited,and when with 0.75μg/ml and 1.50μg/ml,the proliferation was not pro moted and the transformation was strongly inhibited.Big dose of (1.50μg/ml) sodium selenite m ade the nuclei of the untransformed lymphocytes gather together like a few grape s doing,and even caused them to fuse.

结果 在培养物中添加0.05μg/ml亚硒酸钠能显著促进转化细胞增殖；添加0.25μg/ml可促进转化细胞增殖，但显著抑制细胞转化；添加0.75μg/ml和1.50μg/ml，不仅不能促进细胞增殖，而且强烈抑制细胞转化。1.50μg/ml剂量的亚硒酸钠使非转化淋巴细胞发生葡萄状聚集甚至核融合。

Effects on reproductive performance: The normal delivery of group B,C and D were 80%、93.33%、93.33%,respectively,were improved by a certain extent comparing with the control group; The mean birth weight of calves were not significantly different between the trial and control groups.But numerical datas shown that supplementing Zn-Met in dietary had the tendency to increase the birth weight of calves; Supplementing Zn-Met in dietary can make dairy cows express empathema earlier,and significantly(P.05).Among the trial groups,the advanced extent of the group C was comparatively large(5.8d);The oestrous cycles were all in normal range and not significantly different; The levels of serum PRL of group B,C and D were significantly(P.05) 1.46 ng/ml、3.08 ng/ml、3.45 ng/ml higher than the group A.

对繁殖性能的影响：添加蛋氨酸锌组的正常分娩率为80％、93.33％、93.33％，较对照组(73.33％)有一定程度的改善；试验组犊牛初生重与对照组犊牛初生重差异不显著(P＞0.05)，但数据结果显示，日粮添加蛋氨酸锌有使犊牛初生重增加的趋势；日粮添加蛋氨酸锌可使奶牛产后发情提前，且差异显著(P＜0.05)，其中，添加蛋氨酸锌240mg／kg组提前的幅度较大，提前了5.8d；试验组发情周期与对照组差异不显著(P＞0.05)，均在正常范围之内；B、C、D组血清促乳素含量均比对照组高，且差异显著(P＜0.05)，依次增加1.46ng／ml、3.08ng／ml、3.45ng／ml，试验组B与C、D两组间也达到显著差异(P＜0.05)。

The objective of this experiment was to examine effects of fermentable sugar,urea and their interaction on ruminal fermentation and dry matter digestibility in vitro.

结果表明：(1)随可发酵糖添加量的增加，显著降低发酵液的pH值、发酵残渣DMD(P.05)，显著增加细菌氮产量(P.05)，而氨氮(NH3-N)浓度在可发酵糖添加量为1.5g/L时最高。

In certain range,the bioenrichment of the mealworm larvae to Zinc in reference to the dosage added in the fodder is accorded with cubic curve relation:Y=181.2517+20.9314X-0.4099X2+ 0.0025X3. And the enrichment ability of T. molitor larvae in reference to the weight is also accorded with the cubic model:Y=35.8325+61.4155X-10.2980X2+0.4434X3. The enrichment of the larvae to Zinc can get to a high level in 2 to 3 days. This is anadvantage to numerous rearing of the mealworm. But we do not find a good rearing way to enhance the rate of bioenrichment to Zinc. And the further research about this is anticipated.

第二部分：采用锌作为添加元素，考查黄粉虫对微量元素的富集规律，结果表明：(1)黄粉虫虫体锌含量在一定范围内随锌添加量增加而呈三次曲线关系，符合三次曲线方程：Y=181.2517+20.9314X-0.4099X~2+0.0025X~3；(2)黄粉虫幼虫对锌富集能力随虫体大小变化而变化，与虫大小亦呈三次曲线关系；Y=35.8325+61.4155X-10.2980X~2+0.4434X~3；(3)黄粉虫虫体锌含量随着锌饲料添加而迅速上升，可在短期2～3天内达到较高水平，对于以黄粉虫为材料进行富锌保健食品生产有很大优越性；(4)本试验并未找到一种较好的锌添加方法来提高锌富集量，这方面的研究有待继续。
