This paper first analyses and summarizes the ststus quo and evolution trend of encryption, some common used cryptograph are introduced, including the algorithms used in symmetric cryptosystem and asymmetirc cryptosystem. We describe the theory of each algorithms and compare the elliptic curve cryptosystem with the other two asymmetric cryptosystems to show the advantages of this algorithm. Second, the principle of ECC is discussed, including the math foundation of ECC, basic conception of elliptic curves, constructiong idea of ECC, operation on the elliptic curve and so on. Third, the current attacks of ECC were analyzed deeply, and an algorithm based on limited prime number field was constructed. We analyzed its realizability in theory, and implement it by using certain function of MIRACL software package. Latter half in this paper, the implementation model of a simple elliptic curve encryption system which based on GF has been introduced. The paper also put a deep analysis on the algorithm of point addition and point multiplication.

本文首先对密码技术的发展现状及其发展趋势进行了分析和综述，详细的介绍了私钥密码系统和公钥密码系统的发展，说明各种算法的原理和优缺点，并给出了一些典型的密码体制的简要分析，重点将椭圆曲线算法与其它几种公钥密码算法比较，说明椭圆曲线算法的优势；其次，探讨了椭圆曲线密码体制的原理，包括椭圆曲线密码的数学基础、基本概念、椭圆曲线密码体制的构造思想等问题；第三作者对椭圆曲线的攻击现状作了详细的分析，针对所使用的大素数域F_p，设计了素数域上安全椭圆曲线产生的算法，从理论上做了可实施性分析，从软件上做了具体实现；在本文的后半部分，提出了一个简单的基于有限素数域上的椭圆曲线加密方按算实现模型，并对SECES中设计的点加和点乘运算进行了深入分析。

The AVS-SEM distribution in the sediments of Guanting Reservoir and Yongding River was studied and the metal concentration in the water above the sediments and the pore water was measured. Based on the results, the reaction between the sediments and metal ions were discussed and the heavy metal pollution of the sediments in Guanting Reservoir and Yongding River was evaluated preliminarily.

官厅水库沉积物，由于处于缺氧性环境，沉积物中的酸可挥发性硫化物控制着大多数金属离子在沉积物和孔隙水两相间的分配，本文通过现场采样，分析了官厅水库和永定河沉积物中的AVS—SEM的分布，同时测定了沉积物上覆水以及部分样点的孔隙水中的重金属浓度，探讨了沉积物与重金属离子的作用；并根据采样分析结果对官厅水库及永定河沉积物中的重金属污染做了初步评价。

By synthesizing theories of systems engineering, science of talent, talent assessment, performance appraisal and bibliometrics, the author analyzes the qualification structure and performance structure of theachers in military academies and sets up a basic structure and concrete appraisal indicator system of qualifications of technical specialty for teachers in colleges. The author puts forward new appraisal indicators such as "lecuring hours coefficient","republication coefficient","thesis of core journals coefficient" and "citation coefficient". Comparatively complete quantification approaches are invented by the author for working performance of teaching, researching and social service of teachers. Based on this, the author establishes an integrated method to generate the appraisal results. By the application of stadardized processing on the appraisal results and synthetization of weighted indexes, the author solves the addibility and comparability problems of differentiated appraisal results by category or dimensiok, and realizes the amalgamation and comprehensive appraisal of inflexible appraisalresults and flexible appraisal results, and probes into the testification methods of validity, consistency and sensitivity analysis for the indicators system.

Considering the inconvenience of regulation and difficulty of parameter tunning as AC servo system in practical situation, three ways of intelligent control approach to realize auto-tuning and autorecognization of AC servo system, are proposed, which is a robust controller based on two-degrees-offreedom with no tuning to controller, a auto-tuning controller based on fuzzy reasoning with no inertia recognization but tuning parameter of controller, a strategy recognizing inertia of servo system and tuning parameter or structure of controller automatically. In the same time, these control strategies are analyzed from the theory and reliability. The comparative analysis of three measures on strong and weak points is made by simulation and experiment results.

针对交流伺服系统在实际应用中存在的系统调试不便、参数调整困难等问题，提出了实现交流伺服系统自调整和自识别等智能化控制策略的三条途径：一是具有控制器无调整特点的二自由度鲁棒性控制器；二是惯量无识别但需自动调整控制器参数的模糊推理自调整控制器，三是自动识别伺服系统转动惯量并自动调整控制器参数和结构的方案，从理论分析和可实现性两方面对这些控制方案进行了论述，并通过仿真和实验研究，对比分析了各种方案的优缺点，得到了一些有益的结果。
