Coming back from this holiday, everything changed, nothing to expect, not artlessness anymore like before. What I seen is this complicated society, the changing of the people, or because I changed myself, become more doleful.

这次放假回来，该走的走了，该变的变了，一切都不一样了，没有了以前的期待，没有了以前的天真烂漫，更多的看到了社会的百态，人心的变化，也可能因为自己心态的变化，看到的东西更觉悲凉。。。

Meanwhile, projects and designteams tend now to be a globally dispersednetwork. All of these things are challenging theconventional architectural practice, it'sorganization, and administration significantly.
