This papers explore the correlation between the thickness of blade、cuticula、epidermis cells、fence form、sponge form,the ratio of the fence form and sponge form,the layer of the fence form,the length of cell and the yield,suitable system,resistance of the blade anatomical structure by paraffin section method and observing in optical microscope using tea varieties in Guangxi,such as the No.1 of Guilv, and provide a scientific basis for tea scientific research and production.

本文主要对近年来广西选育成的桂绿1号等新品种品系通过石蜡切片法，并采用光学显微镜观察叶片解剖结构特征，探索叶片解剖结构中的叶片、角质层、表皮细胞、栅栏组织、海绵组织等厚度及栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度的比值、栅栏组织层数、细胞长度等与产量、适制性、抗逆性之间的相关性，为茶叶科研、生产利用提供科学依据。

Moreover, the pre-treatment and post-treatment processes for the steel sheet subject to continuous zinc plating were also discussed. Results showed that the alkaline zincate plating process had many advantages over conventional alkaline cyanide zinc plating process, including high current efficiency, good throwing power, and strung adhesion strength of the coating.

结果表明，该工艺电流效率高（锌离子含量16~24g/L时，电流效率可提高约20%，镀液均镀能力好（宽度为1m的镀锌薄板，中心点厚度与边缘厚度差不大于10%，镀层结合力优良（将试片180°任意弯曲，镀层无起皮、剥落现象；在烘箱中加热至180-200℃，保温60min，冷水中急剧冷却，镀层无突起、鼓泡、剥落现象），所镀得的镀锌薄钢板适合于钝化和彩涂等后处理。

Based on Three Gorges Project, the following aspects about the three typical embedding manners are studied:(1) The border condition of cyclic symmetry is applied to the finite element models with contact among cushion layer, penstock and concrete. The effects of elastic modulus, thickness and placement extent of cushion layer on the stress of its around concrete are analyzed. It is suggested that the ratio of thickness to elastic modulus can be used as an important parameter in the design of cushion layer.

FMD of the brachial artery was examined by high-resolution ultrasonography technique and the inter-ventricular septum thickness, left ventricular posterior wall thicknessand left ventricular diastolic diameter were measured by echo-cardiography technique. The left ventricular mass and LVMI were calculated according to Devereux formulary. According to Framingham heart study, The hypertensive individuals were separated into two groups, left ventricular hypertrophy group and without left ventricular hypertrophy group.

The composite film appeared semitransparent and brown to yellow from optical microscopy. Results show that shorter time sol-heating results in thiner film with less surface roughness, less conglutination to base, and easily to disconnect, while longer time sol-heating results in thicker film with better conglutination to base and worse roughness. RDX distributes in the film everywhere on the whole but discretely on the scale of 2.4 μm according to EDS results. XRD curve of RDX/RF film shows the superposition of RF non-crystal bread curve and RDX crystals diffraction curve. RDX diffraction peaks are broadened and its crystal size is calculated to be lower to 43 nm.

实验所得薄膜半透明，呈棕红色至黄色；实验表明，溶胶恒温加热时间较短时，所得薄膜的单层厚度较小，较平整，但附着力小，干燥后易脱落；恒温加热时间较长时，所得薄膜的单层厚度较大，不易脱落，但表面平整性较差；能谱测试表明，薄膜中的RDX整体上分布较为均匀，但在测试点位间距为2.4μm的微观尺度上呈离散状分布；XRD测试表明，RDX/RF复合物薄膜表现为RF的非晶态馒头峰与RDX衍射峰的叠加，RDX衍射峰明显宽化，其晶粒度可低至43 nm。
