It is necessary to find a new method for garbage disposal. Compared to existent methods, landfill method of garbage block has its characters, which includes classification throwing, collection and predispose of garbage that make garbage disposal classification; use of reclaimable street collection that make garbage disposal resource; shatter,dehydration and press packing of garbage street collection that make garbage disposal decrease; disinfection and classification stack that attribute to classification administer and supervise of garbage field and make garbage disposal harmlessness; recycle, compost, burning and landfill that make garbage disposal synthesis; exploitation and use of garbage field that make garbage disposal environmental protection.

与已有的垃圾处理方法比较，垃圾块体填埋法有自己的特点，以社区为单元的垃圾源头分类投放、收集和预处理，能使垃圾实现分类化处理；通过垃圾中可回收废物的回收利用，能使垃圾最大限度资源化；通过垃圾分类粉碎、脱水、压缩成块体，使垃圾有效地减量化；经过消毒、分类堆砌有助于垃圾填埋场地的分类管理和安全监控，使垃圾处理基本无害化；回收、堆肥、焚烧、填埋，使垃圾处理综合化；填埋场的复垦与开发利用，使垃圾处理环保化。

The classifications, characteristics and recent applications of sliding construction are summarized. Some key technologies of sliding construction such as calculation of sliding drift load, sliding nonsynchronous affection, sliding dynamic response, stability of sliding blocks, and affection on structural mechanics for different sliding blocking have been researched, and the corresponding programs have been coded.

总结了滑移法施工的分类、特点以及应用情况，对于滑移法施工牵引力的计算、滑移不同步影响、滑移法施工激振影响、滑移施工过程中的单元分块稳定性研究、滑移分块对结构成型影响等关键问题进行了理论推导与算例分析，并编制了相关的实用程序。

In order to prvoide the new clue for the later tapping oil potential of maturing oilfiled, especially for the stratagem adjustment of high water-cut inefficient exploitation reservoir, and prolongate the realm and orientation of tapping oil potential, the waterflooding characteristics and the law of remaining oil distribution were studied.
