In the third chapter, we study the approximation and weighted approximation for a kind of generalized Baskakov operators of two-variable. Using different weight functions, we discuss the convergence on weighted space of polynomials and rate of convergence with Jacobi weight for this kind of two-dimensional product-type operators, which extends the results of one-dimensional operators.

第三章研究一类二元广义Baskakov算子的逼近及其加权逼近，主要针对于不同的权函数讨论了这类乘积型的二元算子及其导数在多项式权空间上的收敛性和加Jacobi权的收敛阶，把一元的结果推广到多元的情形。

According to the characteristic that the isoflavonoids of Derris elliptica Benth have a distinctive absorption spectrum within the ultroviolet wave length range (210￣ 345 nm, 290￣305 nm), a new method for determining the total isoflavonoids in Derris elliptica Benth by Ultroviolet Spectrometry has been put forward.

根据鱼藤中异黄酮类化合物在紫外光210～245nm及290～305nm处具有吸收峰这一特性，提出了用紫外分光法测定鱼藤中异黄酮类总含量的方法。在300nm波长处，浓度低于6×2.618×10－3／mol·L－1时，测定了标准系列的吸光值，结果表明吸光值与浓度近乎直线相关，相关系数为0.9977；标准系列吸光值准确性高；加样回收率达99％以上；测定样品时，重现性好

From April 2000 to March 2001 85 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into group of radiation alone and group of radiation+GSBG.(superscript 99m)Tcpertechnetate was used to assess trapping and excretion function of dual parotid gland of both group's patients before radiation therapy and at dose point of 60 Gy,(count according 2 opposed lateral field), and during radiation therapy subjective symptom and physical sign (cavity mucous membrane reaction) were observed.

从2000年4月－2001年3月将85例鼻咽癌随机分为两组：单纯放疗组和放疗加黄芩酚性苷类组，分别在放疗前和两侧对穿野放疗至60Gy时以(上标 99m)锝核素扫描检测腮腺的摄取和排泌功能，同时每周观察患者的口干症状和口腔黏膜反应。

Results: The prepared AmB-PBCA nanoparticle had a regular spherical or elliptic surface, with a mean diameter of (69.01±28.56) nm. The curve of standard AmB was linear within the range of 1.12-5.60μg/ml: D405=0.1634c+0.0066 (r=0.9993). The average recovery of AmB-PBCA-NP was 99.93%, showing the solution of AmB-PBCA-NP was stable within 12 h. The nanoparticles showed a sustained drug release in vitro within 24 h. The optimized recipe was: DextranT-70 stabilizer without sodium deoxycholate, with a mean encapsulation rate of 56.10% and a drug loading rate of 82%.

结果：制备的AmB-PBCA-NP外观呈圆或类圆形，平均粒径(69.01±28.56)nm，分散均匀；AmB标准品在1.12~5.60μg/ml范围内的线性回归方程为：D405=0.1634c+0.0066，r=0.9993，AmB-PBCA-NP的平均回收率为99.93%，其溶液在12h内稳定性较好；体外释放实验表明24h体外释放具有一定的缓释性；实验发现最优化的处方为稳定剂采用DextranT-70，且不加助溶剂脱氧胆酸钠，其包封率及载药量均比较高，分别为56.10%、82%。

In this thesis, we developed a new method to construct 2, 3, 6-trisubstituted piperidines using enantiopure -amino acid derivatives as the starting material and applied them to the synthesis of some piperidine alkaloids which showed interesting physiological activities.

The result shows: at different temperatures the outcomings obtained in determining dissociation constants with such two theories can be seen effective, but the doubly reciprocal curves of quenching equation are not conformed to quenching curves based on dynamic and static quenching mechanism as those of fluorescence enhancement.
