制动机构

Based on the clearance adjuster of air brake, an autoadjusting device of complete automation is designed.

在气制动器制动间隙手动调整臂的基础上，设计了一套自动调整机构，经加工制造后，装车进行试验。

The main brake adopts energy-consumed braking; the auxiliary brake adopts the new-type band brake; the mechanical drive adopts a driving method which combines cycloidal reducer and chain drive; the bailing metering unit adopts the digital control mode which uses the single-chip microcontroller as the central processing unit.

该绞车采用交流变频控制，实现无级调速；主刹车采用电动机能耗制动，辅助刹车采用带棘爪机构的带式刹车；机械传动采用摆线减速器与链传动相结合的传动方式；捞砂计量装置采用单片机微控器作为中央处理单元的数字控制模式。
