This paper briefly states production technique and equipment selection of producing hards board and wooden flakeboard in a same product line.

本文简要对同一生产线生产麻屑板和木质刨花板生产工艺及设备选型进行了论述，并以现有生产厂家为例说明，文章对有条件利用亚麻生产剩余物和木片为原料生产人造板的企业，技术改造时，有一定的参考价值。

论文对石膏的微结构和缓凝机理进行深入研究，研究通过原子吸收光谱仪和扫描电镜等现代仪器分析技术分析不同缓凝剂对石膏水化过程中Ca2+浓度和石膏结晶形态的影响以及pH值对柠檬酸缓凝效果的影响，探讨不同缓凝剂的缓凝机理，为今后研制更适合石膏刨花板生产的缓凝剂奠定理论基础。

The paper also studied the effects of adhesive and penetration on flakeboards'mechanical properties.

研究结果表明：采用聚合度较大的水溶性A阶酚醛树脂胶，可以比较有效地克服目前水溶性酚醛树脂胶喷蒸热压大片刨花板中的树脂胶过度稀释、渗透及胶线缺胶的问题；适当选择饱和蒸汽压力、喷蒸时机、喷蒸时间、蒸汽保持时间和抽真空处理程度，是解决目前水溶性A阶酚醛树脂胶在喷蒸热压中所存在的问题的另一个重要途径。

Infrared spectra demonstrated that the hemicelluloses in steam-treated chips were less than that in untreated chips. This is one of the main reasons why steam treatment could improve particleboard stability. We found that the reduction of the hemicelluloses in Birch chip was more than that in Spruce chip under the same condition of steam treatment.
