During the surgery, the lesion was found to be a solid tumor. A surgical wedge biopsy was done and purulent dark yellow fluid was drained from the center of the mass. Histologically, there was a solid pattern of rhabdoid and anaplastic round or oval cells haphazardly arranged with poor differentiation. Immunohistochemical staining was positive for vimentin, a mesenchymal marker; the reticulin staining was consistent with carcinoma.

我们实施了手术切片及肿瘤中心脓状物引流，病理组织学上，我们发现了不规则或未分化的横纹状、圆形及椭圆形细胞；免疫组织染色上，细胞广泛的对非上皮标记vimentin呈阳性反应、且其reticulin染色呈现出腺癌的形式；肉瘤及腺癌的特色皆可在切片中看到，所以我们的诊断是类肉瘤性线癌。

Serologic screening for celiac disease was positive in 12 (4.5%) of 266 patients with osteoporosis and in six (1.0%) of 574 patients without osteoporosis. All but two serologically positive individuals underwent intestinal biopsy, which was positive in nine osteoporotic patients and in one nonosteoporotic patient. The prevalence of celiac disease confirmed by biopsy was 3.4% among the osteoporotic population and 0.2% among the nonosteoporotic population.

腹腔性疾病血清筛选为阳性者中，有12位(4.5%)为骨质疏松者，另有6位(1.0%)为非骨质疏松者；除了其中的两位，其他的阳性反应患者皆进行了小肠的切片检查；结果显示，骨质疏松者中有9位为确定腹腔疾病病例，非骨质疏松者中则有1位；经过切片检查的确认，骨质疏松者的腹腔疾病流行度为3.4%，非骨质疏松者则为0.2%。

In the software aspect of 3DP control system, include solid model stratified slicing module, 2D slice data processing module, ink-jet control module, motion control module, etc. Slice module is based on the color STL model output from Magics RP software, its output synusia data is TIFF、JPG、BMP format of CMYK color images. 2D slice data processing module use RIP and dithering algorithm to process 2D color images, thereby achieve the color image information correspond with each micro-nozzle. It was showed that pectenolone and pectenoxanthin were all found in Gonads, hepatopancreas, mantle and gill, among of them, ovary, hepatopancreas and gill possessed more carotenoid than other tissues, but no carotenoids were found in the white muscles of Yesso scallops. They were as follows: drying power of 5.54 W/g, material thickness of 6.16 cm and vacuum pressure of 76.8 Pa. Under these conditions, the higher quality of dried Chinese gooseberry slices can be maintained after drying process, and energy consumption is low.

结果表明：在微波功率为6.54 W/g、切片厚度为6.16 mm、干燥室压力为76.8 Pa的条件下，微波真空干燥猕猴桃切片的能耗最低，同时干制品质量也得到保证。

By using the quadratic regression orthogonal experimental method with three factors and five levels, the relationships between the microwave power applied, the sample thickness, the pressure in drying chamber and the rehydration ratios, chlorophyll and vitamin C retention ratios of dried Chinese gooseberry slices, as well as the energy consumption of drying process, were analyzed, and the regression mathematical models for experimental indices and factors were established. At last, the optimal combination of the parameters for the microwave-vacuum drying technology of Chinese gooseberry slices was obtained through nonlinear optimization method with many targets.

通过3因素5水平的二次回归正交试验，分析了微波功率、物料厚度、干燥室压力与猕猴桃切片干制品复水率、叶绿素含量、维生素C含量及单位耗电量的关系，建立了各指标与试验因素间的回归数学模型，并利用多目标非线性优化方法，确定了猕猴桃切片微波真空干燥最优工艺参数。

In this paper,the updated Snake model is used to solve the echocardiography processing.Based on the updated active contour model,the contour points for two-dimensional slice serial of echocardiography are gotten.On this basis,through calculating the distance between the contour points of each two-dimensional slice and the center axis lines,the distance matrix from the four cambers of the ventricle to the center plane of ventricle are gotten.And through interpolating,smooth handling and filtering,the 3D endoscopic surface of ventricle is fitted out.Besides,in the medical measurements field,the slice area of ventricle and the volume of ventricle are measured,and the trend of slice area is also analyzed.

将改进的Snake模型应用于心脏超声波图像处理：基于改进Snake模型的思想，得到了心脏超声波图像二维切片序列的轮廓点，在此基础上，得到分割出的心室上下左右4个曲面上轮廓点到中心平面的距离矩阵，并通过插值和平滑处理以及滤波处理工作，拟合出心室的三维曲面图，取得了较好的效果；在医学测量方面，对心室的切片面积、变化趋势及心室的体积进行了测量。

The results showed that NaN3 had great effects on TCL growth. Some TCL after treatment got white or browning and died and grew slowly, and the number of regenerated plantlets was reduced, and the regenerated plantlets became abnormal with leaves crimpled and thicker. 结果表明，NaN3对类原球茎薄切片生长产生重要影响，部分薄切片白化或褐化死亡，再生类原球茎生长受到抑制，再生苗数量减少，部分再生苗畸变，叶片皱缩、变厚。10条RAPD引物的PCR检测发现，再生苗DNA序列发生了一定程度的变异，产生RAPD图谱带型多态性。
