The George Foundation's Women's Empowerment program empowers women by providing education, cooperative farming, vocational training, savings plan, and business development. In 2006 the cooperative farming program, Baldev Farms, was the second largest banana grower in South India with 250 acres under cultivation.

The location of family day was Suzhou Xishan Green light Farm. It is located in the entrance of Xishan Island, which is a part of beautiful Suzhou Tai Lake, and the total area of the farm is about 500 mu. It includes Fruit-Picking Garden, Zoological Garden, Botanical Garden, Green Light Plaza, Lodgings, Dining Area, recreation Area, DIY Classroom, Fitness Area, etc. As well as the beautiful scenery, the staff also did a perfect cooperation in each game.

本次家庭日活动的地点选择在苏州西山绿光农场，农场占地面积五百亩，主要规划建设区分为九大区域：水果采摘园、可爱动物区、香草花园、绿光广场、住宿区、温室养生餐饮区、休闲娱乐区、DIY教室、体能活动区等等，农场位于"人间天堂"苏州太湖--西山岛入口处，四周环境优美，风景秀丽，如此好的设施与环境，让同事们在活动中充分发挥了团结拼搏、共渡难关的精神。
