Then it discusses a kind of concrete embedded system that has a hardware platform-TI MSP430 microcontroller and a real-time operation system-μC/OSⅡ. After that, this paper introduces the TI MSP430 microcontroller and μC/OSⅡ respectively, and describes this embedded system in detail. Then it describes how μC/OSⅡ can be planted to TI MSP430, and how a task run on μC/OSⅡ. At last the paper discusses the extension of network function of this embedded system in the meter-reading system of calorimeters.
