光度测定

Activities of Aminopyrine N-demethylase, Ethoxycoumarin O-deethylase and Glutathione S-transferase in the hepatopancreas and gills of Fenneropenaeus chinensis were measured by UV spectrophotometry and fluorospectrophotometry. The effects on the activities of APND and ECOD、GST in the hepatopancreas and gills were studied following multi-oral baicalin.

用紫外分光光度法及荧光分光光度法测定中国对虾肝胰腺及鳃氨基比林－N-脱甲基酶、乙氧基香豆素－O-脱乙基酶、谷光甘肽－S-转移酶几种药物代谢酶的活性，探讨黄芩苷对上述几种酶活性的影响。

Methods this experiment chose seven parameter of cell nuclear, including the area and integral optical density, determined the changes of DNA content in the kidney cellule of 15 rats at different intervals between 0 and 48h postmortem with auto-TV-image system.

方法应用电脑图像分析技术，测定了15只大鼠在死后48h内不同时间点大鼠肾细胞核DNA含量的面积、等效直径（Mean－Dia，MD）、异形指数（Indexofdensity，ID）、平均光度（Average optical density，AOD）、积分光度（Integral optical density，IOD）、密度变化数（L－Den－Coe，LDC）和平均灰度（Averagegray，AG）等七项参数的变化值。

A modified analysis method based on the determination of ozone—indigo disulphonate spectrophotometer(GB/T 15437-1995) in gas phase has been developed to detect the concentration of ozone in liquid phase. An analytical condition of λmax=612～615 nm,ε=20 000 L/, pH 2 is obtained by the titration of indigo disulphonate. Compared with potassium iodide method,it shows a higher precision and accuracy,CV＜3.0%. The results also prove that blank experiment will bring about 5.0%systematic error.

在气相臭氧浓度的靛蓝二磺酸钠分光光度法(GB/T15437-1995)基础上提出了液相臭氧浓度的测定方法，采用靛蓝二磺酸钠标准曲线法代替采用易分解的臭氧标准曲线法，得出测定条件λmax=612～615 nm、ε=20 000 L/、pH为2，通过碘量法比较实验，说明新的测定方法具有较高的精度和准确度，相对标准偏差小于3.0%；比较结果表明忽略空白实验将引入5.0%的系统误差。
