Methods: Rat models of chronic renal failure were made by cut 5/6 kindney or fed with feedingstuff which contains adenine(0.75%) for 4 weeks. Experimental treatment was applied by giving Yi Shen Granule and the curative effect of Yi Shen Granule on ongoing pathological changes of CRF was studied. According to the data of CRF rats in weight, water wastage, hemanalysis(RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH), urinalysis(volume, specific gravity, pH, proteinuria), blood serum analysis(BUN、Cre、ALB、TP), kidney weight coefficient and kidney morphology ( the grade of expansile renal tubule and the diameter of glomerulus ),the pharmacological effect of Yi Shen Granule could be ascertained.

实验选用0.75%腺嘌呤饲喂法致大鼠慢性肾衰模型和5/6肾切除法致大鼠肾衰模型，考察益肾颗粒对慢性肾功能衰竭进行性病变的影响，以造模动物一般状况观察、血液学指标包括红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白(RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH)，尿液指标(尿量、比重SG、pH值、尿蛋白)、血清生化学指标包括尿素氮、肌酐、白蛋白、总蛋白(BUN、Cre、ALB、TP)、脏器解剖和病理观察指标(肾小管扩张分级评分和肾小球径长)做为判定依据。

Taking advantage of gauge transformation and dipolar approximation, we qualitatively derive rotating Bose-Hubbard model.Then finite temperature phase boundary between superfluid phase and normal state in rotating Bose-Hubbard model is analytically derived by studying the stability of normal state in rotating bosonic optical lattice.We also analytically prove that as the function of rotation angular velocity the oscillation of critical hopping matrix directly follows the upper boundary of Hofstadter butterfly.

4通过做一个规范变换和偶极近似，定性地推导了旋转Bose-Hubbard模型，并且通过研究正常态不动点的稳定性推广了旋转Bose-Hubbard模型的零温相图到有限温度的情形；另外根据系统有效的能带宽度与旋转速度的关系(Hofstadter蝴蝶)，得到了系统的临界跃迁矩阵随旋转速度的改变展示谐振行为的结论。

给出了三维摩擦接触问题的一个非光滑混合不动点模型及算法，这种算法无须求导数，没有引进任何额外变量，并且可视为一种三维摩擦接触问题的迭代法，利用非光滑分析和不动点理论对算法做了分析，给出了算法的不动点理论背景及算法的理论分析，为模型解的存在性及算法收敛性提供分析依据，最后给出了相应的数值算例。

In general, this paper includes several parts, shown as the following: The first part summarizes the background and outline of stock index future and introduce briefly its local status and CSI 300 stock index future contract. The second part has a retrospect of the main academic papers of both local or overseas, and also a discussion of relevant hedge strategies and models, to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the empirical analysis and test for the operation process of hedge in latter parts. The third part outlines the principle, key factors and real operation process of hedge. Moreover, it makes a empirical analysis on popular hedge models with HK Hang Seng index. In the end, it test the hedge effect of trading on IF0706, CSI 300 stock index future contract, with CCB select-growth securities fund as present underlying. The fourth and also the last part, explores how to define hedge ratio in china mainland market. It includes the stability test ofβfor local securities portfolio, adjustment of historicalβand best data length for estimation of historicalβ, etc. Also, the thesis makes some beneficial experiments on the definition of best data length for estimation of historicalβ, survey of fashion forβand variation for industryβs. Fortunately, it's got some meaningful results.

按照以上研究思路，本论文论述由以下几个部分构成：第一部分，简要概述股指期货产生的背景和基本情况，对国内股指期货进程和沪深300股指期货合约进行简单介绍；第二部分，回顾海内外股指期货避险研究的主要文献，讨论相关避险策略及避险模型，为后面套期保值策略如何有效运用的实证分析和检验提供理论基础和依据；第三部分，对套期保值的原理、关键因素及实际流程进行概述，并采用香港恒生指数对常用的几种避险模型进行实证分析，最后一揽子以建信优选成长股票型基金为现货标的，实际检验以沪深300股指期货模拟交易IF0706产品进行对冲时的套期保值效果；第四部分，探讨国内确定避险比率的过程，包括国内股票组合β值的稳定性检验、历史β值的修正及估计历史β值的最佳数据长度等，通过数据分析，本文在寻找估计β值的最佳数据长度和考察风格、行业β值的差异上做了较为有益的尝试，并得到了有助于现实操作的结果。

本文在Tyson模型的基础上，应用点阵动力学线性响应的理论方法，导出了脆断发生时解理面上原子的响应位移，并进而给出金属脆断表面能的计算公式。这种处理方式既保持了解理断裂面是结晶的表现，避免了局域"熔化"和"沸腾"模拟脆断的简单模型中出现的非晶化问题，也对解理面上原子临界位移做了合理估计，避免了人为规定临界位移的随意性，同时，从理论上得出的脆断时产生的声发射信号与实际探测到的量级相近。
