Based on the radar dense data of convectional cloud on June 12,2004 in Yongdeng county,choosing two similar convectional clouds as seeding and non-seeding cloud,the remarkable changes of radar echo parameters of the seeding cloud compared with the non-seeding cloud were discussed in this paper,and the rain enhancement effect was evaluated primarily with ground observational rainfall data.The results show that many aspects of the seeding cloud,such as precipitation,life characteristic and vertical characteri...

利用2004年6月12日甘肃省永登县雷达观测对流云的加密资料，选取了2次相似对流云过程分别作为目标云和对比云，探讨了目标云作业前后较对比云雷达回波有关参数的显著变化，并结合地面雨量点观测资料对地面人工增雨作业效果进行了初步分析，结果表明：目标云在降水、生命期特征、回波垂直特征参数变化方面，表现出作业前后较对比云存在明显差异，目标云作业40 m in后地面产生0.6 mm降水，而对比云则从新生发展到减弱消散阶段经历较短的时间(30 m in)，地面并无降水产生，从而推断本次人工增雨达到了一定的预计效果。

To use linear program, we have to take care of two problems. The first problem is that the actual relationship between intensity and duration is nonlinear convex function. In this study, we propose to use piece-wise linear curve to approximate the nonlinear convex curve. The second problem is that there are many feasible event sequences.

本文首先回顾了国内外集装箱码头物流系统的研究动态，介绍了国内外计算机仿真技术在集装箱码头物流系统仿真中的应用情况，然后介绍了集装箱码头作业系统的组成和特点，以及其装卸工艺、作业流程、操作原则(包括大门检查箱作业原则、船舶调度管理原则、码头前沿操作原则、堆场存取箱作业管理原则、堆场管理系统)，接着介绍集装箱码头系统的性能评价指标和码头通过能力经验公式及出入口车道数计算，并结合天津港集装箱码头物流系统的特点，系统地介绍了天津港集装箱码头的基本组成、布局、装卸工艺、作业流程后，评估了集装箱码头物流系统的相关性能指标，并结合实际码头的历史数据，介绍一些相关的经验公式。

The economic incomes per cruise of two specimen boats owners were permitted to be traced during two periods, May-June and September-December in 2003. The average income of fishing cruise which did not encounter dolphins was $NT 7327 dollars (SD=643 n=29 trips). The average income of fishing cruise which have encountered dolphins but no interruptions was $NT 7901 dollars (SD=1581 n=13 trips). The average income of fishing cruise which depredated by dolphins was NT 3137 dollars (SD=419 n=6 trips). The daily average income was $NT 6959 (SD=4211 n=48) per day. The cetacean interference result in a significant economic decrease.

另外，鲸豚干扰渔获的损益评估依据2003两艘样本船在5-6月，及9-10月每日作业及盈收状况的追踪发现，没有碰到海豚的每日作业平均收益为NT 7327元(SD=643 n=29)，碰到海豚但无干扰的每日作业平均收益为NT 7901元(SD=1581 n=13)，有海豚干扰的每日作业平均收益为NT 3137元(SD=419 n=6)，全部作业收益每日平均为NT 6959元(SD=4211 n=48)，被鲸豚干扰后之渔获收益较未遇见鲸豚或遇见鲸豚却未被干扰情况下减少。
