This paper summarizes the contemporary research situation of the folk traditional sports, including the concept, origin, character, items classification, developing trend, adhibition and regional study in the field of the folk traditional sports.

但是目前存在的问题仍然很多，本文全面总结了当代以来民族传统体育的研究现状，分别从民族传统体育的概念、民族传统体育的起源、民族传统体育的特征、民族传统体育的项目分类、民族传统体育的发展趋势、区域性民族传统体育的研究和民族传统体育的应用性领域等七个方面进行了论述。

Lijiang positively encourages sports association, develops sports industry, and promotes sports socialization development, positively guides and supports such influential sports association as Lijiang Dongba Football Club, Lijiang Football Association, Lijiang Sports Institute of the Old, Lijiang Auto and Motorcycle Association, Zhenglong Auto Club, Lijiang Chess Association by adopting sports industry policy, and encourages them to hold or undertake various kinds of sports matches by the manner of marketing operation, for example, Lijiang Chess Association has held "Dongba chess grand prix", Lijiang Sports Institute of old People has held gate ball and bocce sports meeting of whole province old people early or later, Zhenglong Auto Club has participated in the nationwide motocross, etc , so as to drive the sports consumption, leisure and entertainment progressively, and promote the development of sports industry.

我市积极鼓励体育社团，发展体育产业，促进体育社会化发展，利用体育产业政策积极引导、扶持，丽江东巴足球俱乐部、丽江市足协、丽江市老体协、丽江汽车摩托车协会、正龙汽车俱乐部、丽江棋类协会等较有影响的体育社团，鼓励他们以市场运作方式举办或承办各类体育赛事，如，丽江棋类协会先后举办了"东巴象棋大奖赛"，丽江市老体协先后举办全省老年人门球、地掷球运动会，正龙汽车俱乐部参加全国汽车越野赛等，逐步带动体育消费、休闲、娱乐，推动体育产业发展。

The result expressed:(1)the approbation degree of the sports values factor which influenced the university student in order is: personal sport ability, interests in the sport, family environment, p.e teacher ,compeer community, campus culture, society and sports teaching (2)the analysis of diverse returning indicated: interests in the sport, compeer community, campus culture, society and sports teaching, those are the main factor that influences sports values and attain the remarkable level, but the factors of personal sport ability, family environment, p.e teacher didn't attain the notable level.

结果表明：(1)大学生体育价值观影响因素的认同程度依次为：个人运动能力、体育兴趣、家庭环境、体育教师、同辈群体、校园文化、社会和体育教学；(2)多元回归分析表明：体育兴趣、同辈群体、校园文化、社会和体育教学5个因素是影响体育价值观的主要因素且达到显著水平，而个人运动能力、家庭环境和体育教师因素没有达到显著水平。

The goals of school physical education have been affected by non-educational factors such as competitive sports, subject-center theory, multi-way and multi-layer of school physical education development as well as educational reformation and educational ideas.In this thesis, the existing problems in goal system of school physical education of our country that was pointed out that: The shortage, solecism and the confused expression of theoretical school physical education researches.

我国学校体育目标体系的发展过程分"文革"前、"文革"时期和改革开放以来三个阶段，每个阶段学校体育目标体系各有特点：建国初期，学生的健康问题受到高度重视，增强体质被当作政治任务来要求；"文革"中，学校体育目标被极端政治化；改革开放以来，"增强学生体质"被当作学校体育的首要任务和评价标准，学校体育目标体系逐渐有了层次性区分，内容空洞的现象有所改善，学校体育目标体系的视角拓宽，学生个人需要受到重视，逐渐突出健康目标，重视测试与评估，与此同时，学校体育也受到了竞技体育发展的强烈影响。

The fourth, directed against the concrete conditions of three metropolises in our country in the present stage, we propose: [1] Recommend the sports view of quality": In the idea , we should change "strengthen health opinion" to "strengthen health-promote qualityopinion; [2] Pay attention to the transformation of the need motive: From the start with meeting the participant's inside motive and need, adopting different methods to the person of different demand levels, making the outside regulating activities which influence people to participate in the sports activities turn into the inside motive; [3] Upgrade the idea of sports of the school: According to the development in era, the existing sports ideas should be changed, and be carried on overall, systematic coordinated reform; [4] Orient the value of worker's sports again: Worker's sports is the investment of the social manpower capital, it is the main part of the corporate culture and enterprising spirit, it is not merely the worker's welfare , it is the welfare of the enterprise; [5] The society which develops masses' sports collects a group of quality : Interdynamic mass's sports is one of the important reasons why people insist on doing exercises.

第四，针对现阶段我国三大都市的具体情况，我们提出：（1）提倡"素质"体育观：在观念认识上，要把现行的"强身观"向"强身一提升素质"体育观念转变；（2）注重需要动机的转换：从适应参与者的内部动机和需要入手，对不同需求层次的人采用不同的方式方法，使影响人们参与体育活动的外部调节转化为内部动机；（3）更新学校体育的观念：根据时代的发展，改变现有的体育观念，进行全面的、系统的配套改革：（4）重新定位职工体育的价值：职工体育是社会人力资本的投资，是企业文化和企业精神的主要组成部分，它不仅是职工的福利，更是企业的福利；（5）开发群众体育的社会集群性：群体互动是人们坚持锻炼的重要原因之一。

For the construction of dynamistic mechanism and developmental road to a strong sport country, based on the situation and sport development of China, the author discussed some important problems, such as, the improvement and enhance of the sport legal behavior by government, the establishment of social foundation of sport legality, the focus and guaranty of sport right, increasing the quality of sport legality of society.

为构建我国体育法治多元互补、协调互动的动力机制和发展道路，根据我国国情和体育发展实际，从改进并增大政府推进的体育法治作为、培育和拓展体育法治的社会基础力量、关注和完善保障体育权利的程序法治、提升体育人和全社会的体育法治素养等方面，阐述了我国体育法治进一步发展需要解决的重点问题。
