As the foundation of ultrasonic testing of composite materials, this thesis is intended to explore in detail a number of features of wave propagation in anisotropic plates, and the following essential problems will be considered:(1) Propagation of plane bulk waves in homogeneous and orthotropic anisotropic media;(2) Lamb wave propagation in multilayered anisotropic plates;(3) Influence of isotropic solid or liquid loading on Lamb wave propagation in anisotropic solid media;(4) Influence of interface layers on Lamb wave propagation in layered anisotropic composite laminates;(5) Dispersion characteristic analysis of attenuation Lamb wave while existing an thin viscous layer which is used for simulating the poor curing in adhesively bonded joints.

作为复合材料超声检测的基础，本文研究了如下国际前沿性的课题：（1）平面体波在正交均匀各向异性媒质中的传播；（2）多层各向异性媒质中Lamb波的传播；（3）各向同性固体或液体负载对各向异性固体媒质中Lamb波传播的影响；（4）界面层对层状各向异性复合媒质中Lamb波传播的影响；（5）胶粘剂未固化而呈现粘弹性时粘接结构中衰减Lamb波的频散特性分析。

The propagation matrix method used widely in stratified media is extended to laterally inho-mogeneous media,and a numerical method known as generalized propagation matrix method for simulating elastic seismic wave propagation in inhomogeneous media is presented by using mixed variable elastic wave equation and matrix exponent solution of system of linear ordinary differential equations.

应用混合变量弹性动力学方程和线性常微分方程组的矩阵指数解法，将层状介质中广泛应用的弹性波传播矩阵解法推广至横向非均匀介质，给出了一种可计算复杂地质体中弹性波传播的广义传播矩阵数值解法。

Using this theory, the flame structure of gas explosion in a horizontal pipe were studied, and the results show that: the gas explosion flame in a horizontal pipe is much thicker than that calculated from the former explosion theory, the intermediate products in the flame region are in separated state between the higher and lower level, and the cohesive force of the luminous body at lower level is bigger than that of the nonluminous body at higher level, there is a negative pressure region in the flame, and the flame splits easily in its propagating process.

结果表明，a水平管道内瓦斯爆炸传播火焰的厚度比以往理论计算得到的厚度大得多；b火焰区内爆炸中间产物呈上下分离状态，下部明亮发光体的内聚力比上部非发光体的内聚力高；c在火焰区内会出现负压现象；d火焰在传播过程中会发生断裂现象。

To establish anaplasma artificial infection model in experimental animals which treated with dexamethasone to investigate the transmission route of the pathogen, mice were infected via intra-abdominal and subcutaneous inoculation with the blood from infected cattle, the homogenate of infected gadflies and viscera of infected mice, contacting infected mice, respectively, while rabbits were infected through co-feeding with affected cattle.

采用地塞米松注射液长期抑制试验动物的免疫力，通过小鼠腹腔、皮下接种含有无浆体病原的奶牛血液、阳性厩蝇内容物、脏器悬液，并进行阳性小鼠接触感染和兔子临床同层感染等试验，研究奶牛无浆体的感染和传播及在试验动物体内的消长规律，建立起无浆体人工感染模型，调查临床中病原体的实际传播途径。
