Methods The effect of ginsenoside-Ro on murine splenocytes proliferation was studied using [3H] thymidine incorporation assay. Effects of ginsenodide-Ro on the production of cyrokines interleukin-2 (IL-2), interferon-γ and interleukin-4 (IL-4) from mutine splenocytes were detected by ELISA method. Effects of ginsenoside-Ro on mRNA level of TH1 cytokine IFN-γ and Th2 cytokine IL-4 were evaluated by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction analysis.

①药效学实验：观察土人参根、叶对小鼠游泳时间的影响，以及对&脾虚&大鼠脾脏生理功能，细胞因子IL-2、IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4的影响，验证土人参根、叶&健脾&功效；观察土人参叶体外抗菌实验，对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响，对小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增高的影响，以及对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的影响，验证土人参叶&解毒消痈&功效。

Results: The optimal preparing process is: making Panax to be powder; extracting Rheum and Coptis respectively with ethanol; decocting Astragalus, Hirudo and Polyporus with water; then making all the extractions to be powder and mixing with Panax powder, then putting them into capsules. The content of Ginsenoside 〓 in one capsule should be not less than 0.235mg. Panax and Coptis are the main compositions that make Liuwei Tangshen Capsule reducing the blood sugar.

结果：确定最佳制备工艺为：人参粉碎成细粉，黄连、大黄分别用乙醇提取，黄芪、水蛭、猪苓三药用水共煎，各提取物干浸膏细粉与人参细粉混匀，装胶囊；有效成分含量的控制标准为：每粒胶囊中含人参皂苷〓不低于0.235mg；人参、黄连是六味糖肾胶囊发挥降糖作用的主要药味；六味糖肾胶囊中小檗碱在动物体内的分布和消除速度均较适中，但病理模型动物与正常动物相比吸收较差。

结果表明，在生长季节内，林内温度低于林外温度，林下人参生长发育较差，产量较低；林分郁闭度为0.7~0.8时，人参的净光合速率、株高、单根重、叶绿素含量等指标较高；而郁闭度过高或过低都会影响人参生长发育；随着人参年龄的增加，净光合速率有逐渐升高的趋势。通过人为调节林分郁闭度的方式来满足人参对温度和光照因子的需求，为林下人参生长发育提供最适宜的生态环境。
