Adopting the basic theory of architectonics, environment behavior science, somatology, gerontics, other related theory and research works, the paper is in search of the design model and quantitive standard of the house toilet environment that are suitable for the old people in different city and also present reasonable and feasible scheme for the rebuild and design of toilet to solve existent problem.

To investigate the activity of fruit extracts on artery blood vessel cells, we chose CRL-2606 cell line, a normal iliac artery endothelia cells. Using indomethacin as control, we investigate the effect of blueberry extracts, blackcurrant extracts, chokeberry extracts, cyanidin3-glucoside, and malvidin3-glucoside on the PGE2 production of CRL-2606 cells.

The sequence, exons, coding protein, physical and chemical characters of EXT1 gene were analyzed. The structure and function of its coding protein were predicted, and the phylogenetic tree for the homologous gene was constructed, which provided certain basis for the future research of human EXT1 gene.
