Articled 11 Tax authorities shall strengthen control and check to the situation of withholding and remitting tax payments of withholding agents.

第十一条税务机关应当加强对扣缴义务人代扣代缴税款情况的监督和检查，扣缴义务人应当积极予以配合，如实反映情况，提供有关资料，不得拒绝、隐瞒。

In case an obligee claims for rights to an assurer to debts , the agent of the obligor , or the custodian of property , the statute of limitations may be determined as being interrupted .

173。诉讼时效因权利人主张权利或者义务人同意履行义务而中断后，权利人在新的诉讼时效期间内，再次主张权利或者义务人再次同意履行义务的，可以认定为诉讼时效再次中断。

Article 42 Any of the following goods permitted to enter or exit China temporarily by the customs, if the obligatory duty payer shall pay the customs office a sum of caution money equivalent to the value of the duties payable or provides other guaranty, it may be allowed not to pay the duties for the time being, but shall re-carry the goods into or out of China within 6 months as of the day of entry or exit.

Article 42 Any of the following goods permitted to enter or exit China temporarily by the customs, in case the obligatory duty payer shall pay the customs office a sum of caution money equivalent to the value of the duties payable or provides other guaranty, it may be allowed not to pay the duties for the time being, but shall re-carry the goods into or out of China within 6 months as of the day of entry or exit.

An obligatory duty payer of export goods shall, unless approved otherwise by the customs office, file a declaration to the customs office of the place of exit after the goods arrive at the administrative area of the customs but 24 hours prior to the loading of goods.

第二十九条进口货物的纳税义务人应当自运输工具申报进境之日起14日内，出口货物的纳税义务人除海关特准的外，应当在货物运抵海关监管区后、装货的24小时以前，向货物的进出境地海关申报。

Article 30 An obligatory duty payer shall, according to the law, faithfully file a declaration to the customs and provide the materials required for determining the dutiable value, classifying the commodities, determining the place of origin and taking antidumping, countervailing or safeguard measures.

第三十条纳税义务人应当依法如实向海关申报，并按照海关的规定提供有关确定完税价格、进行商品归类、确定原产地以及采取反倾销、反补贴或者保障措施等所需的资料；必要时，海关可以要求纳税义务人补充申报。

Article 9 Where one taxpayer pays tax within 15 days upon the receipt of the tax payment book, the Customs shall relieve the detaining measures and formulate and issue the Detaining Relief Notice of the Customs of the People's Republic of China to the taxpayer, and return the list of items and relevant goods and properties to the taxpayer.

第九条 纳税义务人自海关填发税款缴款书之日起15日内缴纳税款的，海关应当解除扣留措施，并向纳税义务人制发《中华人民共和国海关解除扣留通知书》，随附发还清单，将有关货物、财产发还纳税义务人。

For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, the term "payments" shall include payments in cash, payments by remittance, payments by account transfer, and payments in the form of negotiable securities, physical objects and other forms.

第三十五条自行申报的纳税义务人，应当向取秘所得的当地主管税务机关申报纳税从中国境外取得所得，以及在中国境内二处或者二处以上取得所得的，可以由纳税义务人选择一地申报纳税；纳税义务人变更申报纳税地点的，应当经主管税务机关批准

Each disclosure obligor shall be liable for the information involving it in the report on equity changes; with respect to the information related to several disclosure obligors involved in the report, each obligor shall bear joint and several liabilities for the relevant part.

各信息披露义务人应当对持股变动报告书中涉及其自身的信息承担责任；对持股变动报告书中涉及的与多个信息披露义务人相关的信息，各信息披露义务人对相关部分承担连带责任。

For a breach of this promise, the undersigned agrees, for itself and for all the other Obligors, that, without in any manner limiting either the liability of the undersigned or your resources, the undersigned and all of the other Obligors shall forfeit all profits directly or indirectly received as a result of the work performed by the undersigned in breach of these covenants and further, that the undersigned and the other Obligors shall be liable for any direct out of the pocket costs and reasonable legal fees incurred by you in connection with the recovery of such damages.
