Course Description: This course is designed as an elective course for English majors specializing in Business English.

课程主要内容：该课程是为英语专业商务方向的学生设立的选修课，旨在让学生了解有关市场营销学的基础知识和市场营销战略的制定与实施方法。

This program is for children ages 7-12 who have never had any formal English training and are too old for Carleton International School's Kindergarten program.

主要是为从未有任一正式英语训练的7-12岁的儿童，所安排的课程。并且是为Carleton的幼稚园之旧式课程。

The mainly contents include: the research design of statistical survey, survey methods, the statistical sorting and analysis of information (contingency table, correlation measurement, inferential statistics, regression analysis, variance analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, principal component analysis), the composing of investigation report and the appliance of SPSS.

课程对社会统计和社会调查研究方法进行全面的介绍，要求学生牢固掌握社会统计和社会调查的基本研究方法，能熟练运用社会统计和社会调查的方法和技术从事社会研究工作，对社会统计学的概念和术语有一般程度的掌握，能应用SPSS软件进行社会统计和调查工作。本课程主要内容包括：统计调查的研究设计、资料的调查方法、资料的整理与统计分析方法（列联表、相关关系测度、推断统计、回归分析、方差分析、聚类分析、因子分析、主成分分析等）、撰写调查报告、SPSS应用等。

The integrative ability, organizing ability, communicative ability of trainings was deficiency. Fourthly, the power of social physical educators in Guangxi universities was so weak that it couldn't satisfy the need of specialty development. For example, the number of special teacher and the practicing ability of teachers are deficiency. The teachers that master special theoretic well and have practicing experience are deficiency especially. Fifthly, social physical practice base have not been building in Guangxi universities. And the necessary equipments of gymnasium are deficiency at the same time. Sixthly, the whole sports technology levels of new social physical students are low and hard to fit for social needing. Seventhly, the professional ideology of students is not stable enough. For example, the special concept and cognition of students are dim. The attitude for learning is not right. The most of students want to or have trend to change their profession after graduating. Eighthly, the ability of students fostered by social physical education in various Guangxi universities has a gap with the ability that students should hold for adapting the need of Guangxi employer. The special technical levels of social physical students are weak. Ninthly, in investigation of social physical personnel being demanded by Guangxi area employers, we found that few social physical personnels were demanded by business unit, the state-operated factory and mining enterprise because of being influenced by economical environment. And the more social physical personnels were demanded by social physical directors, fitness centers and each kind of sports association and so on.

这主要表现为：不够科学的课程体系，在实践性教学环节中的重视程度不够，对学生的综合能力、组织管理能力、社会交际能力的培养较为欠缺；4、对社会体育专业的发展需求这一点而言，广西各高校该专业的师资力量还略显薄弱，难以满足社会的需求，主要体现在：缺乏足够的专业教师数量、教师实践能力欠强，尤其缺乏既有较高理论素养又有实践经验的教师；5、社会体育专业的实习基地在广西各高校中都尚未建立起来，同时一些必备的体育场馆的设施也较为缺乏；6、由于入学时广西社会体育专业的学生在运动技术、技能整体水平相对较低，因此在一些专业方向的需求上难以达到满足；7、在专业思想这一方面而言，广西各高校社会体育专业的学生显得不够稳定，主要表现为：淡薄的学生专业观念，模糊的专业认识，不够端正的学习态度，甚至有相当一部分学生准备毕业后改行或有改行倾向；8、广西各高校社会体育专业培养学生目前所具备的能力与当前广西用人单位所需求的社会体育专业人才应具备的能力尚有一定差距，主要体现在：目前社会体育专业学生的专业技术水平较低，组织能力和社会交际能力较为欠缺等。9、在广西地区用人单位对社会体育专业人才需求量的调查中发现：大多数的企事业单位和国营厂矿企业因受到经济大环境的影响，基本上都不设置专职的体育管理人员，对社会体育专门人才的需求量较少，需求量较大的还是社区体育指导员、体育健身中心、各种体育协会等。

In order to escplore the new models of cultivating in school, the essay tightly connects cultivating with teaching and research activities, based on developing teachers vacational level by modern information technoledge. Besides, during the process of founding the system of trainning teachers in school, we decide on our cultive target—promote the element educational reform by school internet, combing the facts of different schools. The cultive contnet should suit measures to different conditions, trying to synthesise and stress its practical function. When carrying out the cultive plan, we should sum up different models and explain its essence, steps and function so that we make the best choice. As to evaluational methods, we can take varied evaluational ways, including self-evaluation and evaluating each other by combination of fixing quality and quantity. At last, it is very necessary to found a special organization in order to form cultive web, make entire standarization, pay attention to develop resource and provide cultive guarantee.

本文在构建网络环境下中小学教师校本培训体系时，把以教师专业发展为本，以学校为主要研究基地，以现代信息技术为手段，以新课程的学习和实施为抓手，把培训和教研活动紧密结合、溶为一体，探索校本培训的新模式作为目标；把以基础教育新课程改革为出发点，在总目标的框架下，结合学校的具体实际，以校园网络为依托，来确定相应的培训任务，以促进基础教育课程改革的顺利进行作为任务；培训内容因人而异、因校而异，力求综合化，强调实用性与实践性；就相关的网络环境下校本培训模式进行了归纳整理，就每种模式的基本内涵、实施步骤加以说明，并对其功能列表进行比较，以便使用时更好地选择；运用多元评价和多样化评价方式，采取定性和定量相结合、自评和互评相结合、学校整体和教师个人发展相结合等灵活多样的评价方法，认真地进行科学的全方位的评价；建立一个专门的机构进行组织与管理：建立组织机构，形成培训网络，进行整体规划，优化培训机制，注重资源开发，提供培训保障。
