This paper is made up of 6 chapters; chapter 1 summarizes the interaction of low molecular weight compounds with DNA; chapter 2 to 6 focus on the electrochemical studies of some organic dyes such as pyronine B, phenosafranine, brilliant cresyl blue, crystal violet, neutral red etc. and their interaction with DNA, respectively. Different electrochemical methods such as linear sweep voltammetry, cyclic voltammetry and UV-Vis spectrophotometric method are applied to the investigation.

论文由6章组成，第1章综述了小分子和DNA的相互作用；第2至6章分别筛选了吡啰红B、酚藏花红、灿烂甲酚蓝、结晶紫和中性红等小分子染料，以汞电极如静汞电极、滴汞电极作为工作电极，采用循环伏安法、线扫极谱法等电化学手段，结合紫外-可见分光光度法，研究了它们的电化学行为以及和DNA的相互作用。

Chapter 4 describes the synthesis, structural characterization and properties of anovel organic-inorganic hybrid compound, F〓〓BEDT-TTF =bis(ethylenedithiotetrathiafulvalene, which has been synthesized through thereaction of the pre-intercalate Fe〓PS〓〓(phen = 1.10-phenanthroline) with〓 Compared with the pristine FePS〓, the lattice spacing isexpanded by about 4.0〓, indicating that the molecular ring plane of BEDT-TTF isarranged parallel to the layer of the host.

通过红外光谱推测客体BEDT-TTF在层间以中性状态存在。X-线光电子能谱揭示在夹层化合物Fe〓PS〓〓中磷原子和硫原子在硫代亚磷酸根负离子簇中各存在两种化合价态，其中一种价态与纯主体或预夹层化合物〓〓中的磷原子和硫原子价态一致，而另一种价态却比纯主体FePS〓或预夹层化合物Fe〓中的磷原子和硫原子价态高。

The former uses Eigen-associative Learning algorithm to learn various facial expressions according to a face image with neutral expression. The latter is a two-level fusion approach which combines local linear and global nonlinear subspace learning. Amongst, the local linear subspace learning adopts eigen-representation technique for video sample compression in temporal domain; the global nonlinear subspace learning synthesizes optimized facial expressions in spatial domain.
