Since the concept of NA have a lot of applications in multivariate statistical analysis, reliability theory and percolation theory, various aspects of NA are significant and have been investigated by a host of scholars Fist, we give some Fuk-Nagaev type probability inequalities, moment inequalities of maximal partial sum for sequence of NA random variables, and some strong law of large numbers and complete convergence for sequence of NA random variables are obtained.

在本论文中我们对不要求强平稳或同分布的NA随机变量列进行了多方面的研究：首先对NA列建立了一组具有NA特点的关于最大部分和的Fuk-Nagaev型概率不等式及其关于某一类特定函数的矩不等式，它们在后续给出的极限定理的证明中发挥着重要作用；研究了具有不同分布的NA列的强收敛性，如对NA列建立了更一般条件下的Wittmann型强大数律及完全收敛性，同时也进一步改进了R。

The infection rate was significantly decreased if we upregulate Attacin expression by E.coli injection prior to trypanosome feeding.Attacin gene was cloned and expressed in Drosophilla S2 cells. Purified protein shows strong activity against E.coli, as well as trypanosome. But tsetse symbiont Sodalis, a gram negative bacterium, was quite resistant to Attacin.

In the article, we analysised the rainstorm process using conventional information, encryption data, strength ,speed and wind profile data of Doppler radar, discussed the atmospheric circulation system in the westing process of the subtropical high; revealed the different reasons caused two heavy precipitation (more than 10 mm per hour) and the possibility of small and medium-scale system existed, displayed the vertical distribution of the wind field over the stations in the rainstorm process and the close relationship between the transmission., strengthen of the level air-jet and the heavy precipitation, and then proved that the heavy precipitation was caused by the transmission and strengthen of the low-level jet.

This paper defines a strong security model for multi-recipient signcryption scheme in the random oracle model, which is semantically secure against adaptive chosen-ciphertext insider attack, existentially forgeable chosen-message attack and anonymous chosen-ciphertext insider attack. By analyzing, we point out that Li-Hu-Liu Multi-Recipient Signcryption Scheme is insecure against the adaptive and anonymous chosen-ciphertext insider attacks.

Methods The current conservative sequence primer and probe were designed according to the gene sequence of moderate and strong NDV in GeneBank. Fuorescence ration RT-PCR was done to the special TaqMan probe of moderate and strong NDV .The proliferation of NDV in chicken embryo was evaluated after taking Shuanghuang Shadu Tuishao Gule comparing with the control group.

根据GenBank登录的NDV中、强毒力株F基因序列，选择包含裂解位点的保守序列设计通用引物和针对中、强毒力NDV的特异性TaqMan探针进行实时荧光定量RT-PCR，评价双黄杀毒退烧颗粒干预后NDV强毒在鸡胚中和在机体内病毒的增殖情况，并与未干预的对照进行了比较。

Several anti-tumor cell lines and carbonic anhydrase Ⅱ model were established. More than 10000 compounds and extracts from plants were screened using these models and about 10 compounds showed strong inhibitory activities. Two species of plants Inula helianthus-aquatica and Saussurea deltoidea were chosen to investigate chemical and bioactivity constituents based on the results of screening of extracts and fractions. 58 compounds were isolated and identified from these two plants, 6 compounds were found to be new and 14 compounds showed anti-tumor activities. We also studied the anti-tumor mechanism of the compound bigelovin isolated from Inula helianthus-aquatica. Bigelovin was found with apoptotic activity against cell line U266 by lowering the amount of important transcription factor E2F-1 which inhibits the cell cycle at G0/G1 stage. Docking study on 7 natural new phenolic inhibitors of CA Ⅱ and 3D-QSAR study on 61 sulfonamide inhibitors of CA Ⅱwere also investigated. The calculated results were in good correlation with experimental results.

基于以上两种重要疾病和研究组方向，本论文工作开展了多个肿瘤细胞株和碳酸酐酶Ⅱ靶标模型的建立和筛选工作，累计筛选1万多个/次样品，发现10余个活性较强化合物；从粗提取物筛选结果中选取两种抗肿瘤活性强的菊科植物水朝阳旋覆花(Inula helianthus-aquatica)和三角叶凤毛菊进行了系统化学和活性成分研究，分离鉴定了58个化合物，发现6个新化合物和14个抗肿瘤活性化合物；通过合作对水朝阳旋覆花中活性较强的bigelovin进行了抗肿瘤作用机制研究，发现它可能是通过降低G2期重要的转录因子E2F-1，致使细胞周期阻滞在G0/G1期，引起多发性骨髓瘤U266细胞凋亡；开展了7个新的天然酚类CAⅡ抑制剂的对接研究和61个合成的系列磺酰胺类CAⅡ抑制剂的3D-QSAR分析，结果表明计算与实验一致。

Catenin was detected in suprabasal, epidermal basal layer, placode, hair bud in early phase(E68～93),and expressed strongly in epidermal basal layer, placode, and hair bud, in suprabasal expressed less strongly; in metaphase(E94～184),β-catenin was detected in epidermis, hair peg, and in suprabasal, epidermal basal layer, hair follicle bulge, inner root sheath, outer root sheath, follicular infundibulum expressed less strongly; in late phase(E184～225),β-catenin expressed weakly in epidermal basal layers, while expressed strongly in epidermal keratinocytes.

结果显示：β-catenin在胎牛蹄边缘毛囊形态发生早期(68～93天)表达于表皮、基底层、基板和毛芽中，其中基底层、基板、毛芽中呈强阳性，表皮中呈中阳性；在毛囊形态发生中期(94～184天)表达于基底层、表皮和毛钉中，其中基底层、表皮、隆突区、内外根鞘和漏斗部呈中阳性；在毛囊形态发生晚期(184～225天)只在表皮及基底层有表达，其中基底层呈弱阳性，表皮呈强阳性。
