The Silk Road gave rise to the clusters of military states of nomadic origins in North China, invited the Nestorian, Manichaean, Buddhist, and later Islamic religions into Central Asia and China, created the influential Khazar Federation and at the end of its glory, brought about the largest continental empire ever: the Mongol Empire, with its political centers strung along the Silk Road (Beijing in North China, Karakorum in central Mongolia, Sarmakhand in Transoxiana, Tabriz in Northern Iran, Astrakhan in lower Volga, Bahcesaray in Crimea, Kazan in Central Russia, Erzurum in eastern Anatolia), realizing the political unification of zones previously loosely and intermittently connected by material and cultural goods.

However, whether unworried, unrestrained or broad-minded, it underlyingly reflected SuShi's depression in life.

在宦海沉浮中，苏轼历经磨难，从刚开始的一帆风顺到后期的荆棘丛生，从少年时的万丈豪气到杭州刺使任上的明艳亮丽，从密州刺使任上的无限爱国热情到流放黄州、密州、儋州的逐渐平静的心灵世界，这些都影响到他的词作，使他的词作明显的分成了三个阶段：一是由早期杭州词为主体构成的明艳语，二是由密州词为主体构成的狂放语，三是由黄州词为主体构成的旷达语，但是，不管是明艳、狂放还是旷达，其中在深层次里都流淌着苏轼人生失意的苦泪。

In order to breed new germplasm for Narcissus tazetta,the bulb of Narcissus tazetta is used as explants.The adventitious buds is induced in MS media with hormone combination.γ-ray irradiation treatment of Narcissus tazetta combined with tissue culture is studied.Three materials,including the bulb basal plate tissues inoculated for 7 days,tissues transferred in fresh differentiation culture medium for three days after inoculated for 25 days,and small bulbs in vitro,are studied.

以带鳞片叶的鳞茎盘为外植体，接种在添加激素的MS培养基上，通过激素组合筛选合适的培养基获得不定芽，同时对在预分化培养基上接种7D的外植体、接种25D后转接到分化培养基上3D的外植体、诱导产生的试管小鳞茎进行辐照诱变处理，研究了60COΓ射线对中国水仙丛生芽分化以及小鳞茎生长的影响。

Comparing as BA, 0.1mg·L〓 TDZ was more effective in inducing germinating and developing of buds, regenerating prolific caespitose buds via organogenesis, promoting rhizogenesis and activity of root system greatly, as a result, acclimation survival rate was improved significantly. When leaf segments, cut from in vitro plantlets, were placed on MS media containing 0.1mg·L〓 TDZ, adventitious buds regenerated from segments. After transferred to propagated and rooted media, adventitious buds would proliferate and come into full plantlets.

与BA相比，TDZ的细胞分裂素活性至少高出一个数量级，0.1mg·L〓的TDZ能有效地诱导四个基因型芋茎尖的萌动、生长、大量增殖丛生芽，促进试管苗根系发生，将根系活力提高2倍以上，显著提高了试管苗的驯化成活率；浓度为0.01mg·L〓的TDZ能诱导魁芋类型的芋离体叶片切块产生再生芽点，转接后可增殖不定芽并形成再生植株。
