Key forage plants consist of alfalfa, erect milkvetch, tall fescue, perennial ryegrass, crownvetch, white clover, red clover alsike clover, common orchardgrass, smooth brome; planting divisions with obviously optimal combinations of forage plants in Henan province cover the following 6 respects:（1）Northern plain forage planting division;（2）North-west mountain area forage planting division;（3）Middle-east low lying plain and nan-yang basin forage planting division;（4）Western mountain area forage planting division;（5）Huaihe river-south and Tongbai mountain area forage planting division;（6）Eastern plain forage planting division;These conclusions will provide necessary theoritical data or base for right choose of foeage plants as well as great development of grass industry in the future in Henan province.

结果表明：适合河南省的当家草种有10种，分别是：紫花苜蓿、沙打旺、苇状羊茅、多年生黑麦草、小冠花、红三叶、杂三叶、鸡脚草、无芒雀麦；适合河南省草业优质发展的草种区域有6个，分别是：豫北平原牧草种植区、豫西北黄土丘陵和太行山地种植区、豫中东低洼平原和南阳盆地种植区、豫西山地种植区、淮南与桐柏山区种植区、豫东平原种植区，并且明确了各区域内以当家草种为核心的草种优化组合。河南省当家草种的制定和草种区划的确定有利于为河南省各地草种的正确选择和草业未来大发展提供理论依据。

Planted forests can deplete deep soil water, forming an obstacle to sustainable land use in the semi-arid area of Loess Plateau. The purpose of this study was to examine effects of grazing and cropping on replenishment of deep soil water where forest plantations had depleted soil moisture at depths of 2～9.9 m. We compared soil moisture on plantation plots with that on plots where plantations were replaced by crops, grazed grassland, and ungrazed grassland seperately.

为了研究黄土丘陵半干旱区人工林迹地土壤水分恢复情况，该文以正在生长的人工林土壤水分含量为人工林迹地土壤水分恢复的起点，并分别以持续农地和持续放牧荒坡的土壤含水量为林后农地和草地土壤水分恢复的上限，对位于黄土丘陵半干旱区绥德县境内的人工林迹地土壤水分恢复情况进行了研究。

The second part give an all-around demonstration on eco-economic backgrounds of hilly gullied loess region and concluded that small watersheds are dominant landscape units that enable them to be basic for regional management and development.

第二部分综合阐述了黄土高原丘陵沟壑区的生态经济背景，指出：小流域为黄土丘陵沟壑区的优势景观单元，是区域治理与发展的基本单元；并提出区域治理与开发的生态与生产定位：区域应以水土保持、改善生态环境为新世纪的主要战略任务，国家的退耕还林草政策为区域加大环境治理提供了新的契机；在生态环境明显改善的基础上实现粮食自给，实行农牧结合，重点发展畜牧业，有选择的发展经济林果业。

The mean value of geomorphic parameters of heavy and coarse sediment load area of the middle Yellow River is 10.89, of which, the first sub-region of gullied rolling loess area is the maximum, the second sub-region of gullied rolling loess area and mountainous region second and dune sand area the minimum.

To further verify the rationality and science of the evaluation system and find out its limitation, the thesis takes the northwestern mountainous and hilly towns in Hangzhou for example, chooses evaluation indices, defines weight distribution, assigns values to the indices, constructs the evaluation system, evaluates the land constructability and defines four subareas for the northwestern mountainous and hilly towns in Hangzhou depending on the constructability, which refer to prohibition area, regulation area, constructable area and build-up area.
