The subject of this seminar was divided into six sessions which were(1)clean technology and legislation update;(2) cleaner production through advanced process control;(3)beamhouse pollution control:practical views;(4)practical experiences in environmental management;(5)effective chrome tanning and (6) pollutioncontrol in leather finishing.

会议收集了22篇来自制革者和可能对制革清洁技术提出建设性意见的优秀论文。会议所分六个专题报告都取得圆满结果，这六个专题是：1。清洁技术和最新立法；2。通过先进的工艺控制进行清洁生产；3。准备工段污染控制：实际展望；4。环境管理中的实践经验；5。有效的铬鞣；6。皮革涂饰中的污染控制。

Visual Rice Growth Models system represented an effort to design crop modeling software with object-oriented paradigm and to organize classes in system with model-document-view architecture. Firstly, the crop-environment system was abstracted as many subsystems and physiological processes with object-oriented paradigm while many classes were established to simulate the behaviors of these subsystems and physiological processes. In VRGM, the document-view architecture in Visual C++ was extended as model-document-view architecture for agricultural integrated system. In the model-document-view architecture, document gets the final simulation results by manipulating the models classes and acts as a communicating intermediacy between model and view. Views display the simulation results and translate users' operation and data entering to document. The architecture separates the domain models, data management and user interface.

In the chapter one, the paper makes a summary to the evolvement of authors and readers in Chinese ancient and contemporary literature, concludes the three main characters and traits about the evolvement, makes a basal definition to the readers of puissance and authority, and analyses the identity of the readers, their changes in history and characteristic of their thoughts.

The paper sees Horton code as a primary characteristic value and generalizing condition of the river network, and selects, simplifies and generalizes river based on scale of before and after generalization,, The main contents of paper include:(1)Reviews generalization concept, arithmetic operators, methods, influence factor and frame of map generalization and design, analyze core theory of feature —oriented map generalization, discuss the main context and applicable method of river feature generalization(2) Summarizes natural form and spatial configuration characteristic of the river network, and describe the river network using digraph Paper mostly researches tree —like river, identifies the direction of river based on the angle of the main and secondary reach, and identifies the main river based on most length and predominant continuation of the flow direction along the major channel , then receives the grade of river by recursion and structuralize river network, builds hiberarchy rank system of river based on Horton coding(3)Designs the model of river network based on Horton code, and organizes the data of node, branch and river.

本论文把Horton编码作为水系网的一个主要特征值并以此作为综合条件，并根据综合前后的比例尺对水系网进行选取、化简和概括。论文的主要工作包括：(1)总结地图综合的概念、算子分解、实现方法、主要影响因素和总体设计框架，分析面向地理特征的制图综合的核心理论支撑，在此基础上讨论水系专题要素综合的主要内容和综合适用的方法。(2)总结水系网的自然形态和空间结构特征，用图论对水系网进行描述。以树状水系作为主要研究对象，依据树状水系的主支流交汇关系确定水系流向，依据水系中主流的长度最长和主流保持原有的流向趋势确定主流，按此递归得到河流的不同级别，对基于河段组织的水系网结构化，自动建立水系的Horton编码。(3)设计基于Horton码的水系网模型，对结点、河段、河流和河系的数据进行有效的组织。

I make use of the space-analysis technology in the geographical information , combining with the analyzing method of the space statistics, and making some improvement of these methods.Basing on the theoretical algorithm, Author draw a main frame by using the Visual Studio 2005, employ the C# program-design language, ArcEngine9.2, and ArcGIS Server ADF to design the model system and functional module. In this paper author construct a model system provided with the client-analyzing function and server data- promulgate function. Through this paper I have solved some problems on the operation, including the deviation between data management and data analysis, the data analysis renegading from the special data issuance.
