Mycorrhizal seedlings were cultured. Results were as the follow. 5. 1 Soaking seeds with 4cm radicle in GA (100ppm) for 24 hours and low temperature (2～4℃) for 25 days could absolve the dormancy of epicotyl.

通过对牡丹菌根化苗的培养观察认为： 5.1 胚根伸长4cm以上的种子用GA（处理24小时）和低温（2～4℃）25天皆可解除牡丹种子上胚轴休眠。

Result Based on directly regenerated plant of in vitro plant of Xinjiang cotton, the cotton epicotyl treated by pre-culture for 3-5 d was immersed in bacteria for 15 min and co-cultured for 2 d. Cephalothin at 100 mg/L was used to inhibit bacteria after 50 mg/L kan selection. And the combination of cytokinin with relatively high content and auxin with low content was used in its directly budding culture to obtain resistant seedlings.

结果］在新疆棉花离体培养植株直接再生植株基础上，经3~5d预培养处理过的棉花上胚轴，在浸菌15 min共培养2 d后，经50 mg/L kan筛选，用1000 mg/L头孢霉素抑菌，并用相对高含量细胞分裂素和低含量生长素的组合对其进行直接出芽培养，从而获得抗性小苗。

Adventitious buds were directly induced from the surface of epicotyl explants under the condition with the combinations of IBA 0.1 mg/L and BA 0.2-0.7 mg/L. Of which IBA 0.1 mg/L and BA 0.5 mg/L induced the highest regeneration frequency.

结果表明，在IBA O.1 mg/L与BA 0.2～0.7 mg/L组合的条件下，不定芽从上胚轴外植体的表面直接被诱导分化，其中以在MS+IBA 0.1 mg/L+BA 0.5 mg/L上的诱导率最高。

The effects of different concentrations of Cr(superscript 6+)(0, 10, 20, 50, 100 mg/L K2Cr2O7) on the content of Pro, malondialdehyde, membrane permeability, activities of protective enzyme SOD and POD in roots and epicotyls of maize seedlings were studied.

研究了不同浓度(0， 10， 20， 50， 100mg/L K2Cr2O7)Cr(上标 6+)胁迫对玉米幼苗根和上胚轴中脯氨酸和丙二醛含量、细胞膜透性、超氧化物歧化酶及过氧化物酶等保护酶活性的影响。

The results were as the follows: with the rising of Cr(superscript 6+) concentration, the Pro content in both root and epicotyls was first up and then down; the content of MDA and membrane permeability increased continuously; SOD activity deceased gradually and POD activity was first up and then down.

结果表明，随着Cr(上标 6+)胁迫浓度的增加，根和上胚轴中Pro含量呈先升后降的趋势，MDA含量和细胞膜透性则持续递增，SOD活性逐渐下降，POD活性先升后降。
